This beautiful home was built in 2008 and is beautifully decorated with unbelievable views of the water.
There are 2 master suites with king beds (1 on 1st floor, 1 on 2nd); a room with two twin beds, one with a queen, and an upstairs loft/study with a queen size pullout couch, and an adjacent loft with a queen size Aero bed.
The kitchen is huge and perfect for fixing gourmet meals while looking out towards the water. The main living space flows from the kitchen, to the dining area, to the great room and entrance.
The great room has a double height ceiling and an incredible folding door that opens up to the outside with a 15 foot wide opening. Beautiful!
The large pool in the backyard has a vanishing edge and looks out towards Elizabeth Harbor and Crab Cay.
The house manager is also a licensed captain and is available to take you boating, fishing and snorkeling. There is also a full-service scuba shop within February Point Resort Estates to take you diving.

In March 2010, we had the pleasure of staying in Tim Grant's fantastic family home in February Point Resort. We had heard the resort was wonderful and saw from the photos that everything looked to be just terrific but, I have to say, this home exceeded our expectations big time! We were 10 people (two families of five) and there was plenty of room for us all! (It was great to have 2 master bedrooms so neither couple could be bitter about getting the short end of the stick!) The house is well stocked with top quality bed-linens, towels, and kitchen equipment. The living rooms doors cascade open onto the private pool overlooking the exquisite turquoise Exuma water. I would highly recommend a day out on the Grants boat as well as renting a car to take full advantage of what the island has to offer. We literally explored every beach! Don't miss Stocking Island, Sandollar Beach or Tropic of Cancer Beach! If the fish boat is in port, definitely stop in to buy the fresh catch if the day.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
