The house is 1 block from the sandy 2 mile long beach. This is a 5 bedroom house with 3 inside baths and one pool bath and shower.
There is a shaded mango courtyard in the back for very private dinners and lounges. Both the banana trees and the mango tree have ample fruit for picking.

We traveled with a large group of people (8) and we were a bit worried that we would get in each other's way and begin to dislike on another. We were staying there for 2 weeks. To our delight, we found the house to be very spacious, airy, and private. We also liked the fact that the house has such large open areas for all of us to gather without feeling suffocated. The bedrooms were very clean and private. The pool was immaculate (we appreciated the outdoor bathroom and shower next to the pool). The beach was very nice and very close, (The description states that its about a 2 minute walk, I think its less than that). The full size kitchen allowed for many cooks and handled all of our needs. Will definately stay there again and would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a REAL Mexican experience in comfort.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Lo De Marcos:
I chose this location to buy land and build a home because the town really enchanted me. The beaach is so close and it is a beauty. I can usually count the number of people on the beach which made me feel as though I owned it. Beautiful sunsets, friendly people, charming town, and close proximity to the beach (about one city block)
