We are the York family from Des Moines, Iowa. Our dream was to own a property at Lake of the Ozarks. September of last year we took the plunge and purchased this brand new condominium. We can't use the property all Summer so we have elected to rent it to friends, clients, and family.
If you love the "Fun and Sun at Lake of the Ozarks", you will love staying in our condominium.

We chose Blue Anchor Bay Condominiums because they are brand new. The property is first class all the way and maintained by a professional property management firm. We chose the one mile marker on the Gravois Arm of the lake because you get the "Best of both worlds at the lake". You can easily get to all lake amenities by water or vehicle. You can be in the heart of lake acitivity or find a quiet and restful cove on the Gravois arm within minutes by water.
