Blue Anchor Bay provides the amenities boaters want and the highly sought times of peace & quiet. One day easily transitions to another. Slow your Pace and go home relaxed.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have been going to the Ozarks for 18 years and this has been by far the best place we stayed. Everyone was very friendly and the condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. This is the first time we had stayed on the other side of the lake from Osage Beach but there were things to do and yet not as commercialized. The view was enjoyable from the balcony and we were quite comfortable as if in our own home. We asked to reschedule as soon as possible in hopes of being able to enjoy it again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The boat slips were first class with power and water availbale. My wife enjoyed the fitness center and she could watch the kids in the pool while she was working out! About the owner: We are the York family from Des Moines, Iowa. Our dream was to own a property at Lake of the Ozarks. September of 2008 we took the plunge and purchased this brand new condominium. We can't use the property all Summer so we have elected to rent it to friends, clients, and family. If you love the 'Fun and Sun at Lake of the Ozarks', you will love staying in our condominium. We chose Blue Anchor Bay Condominiums because they are brand new. The property is first class all the way and maintained by a professional property management firm. We chose the one mile marker on the Gravois Arm of the lake because you get the 'Best of both worlds at the lake'. You can easily get to all lake amenities by water or vehicle. You can be in the heart of lake acitivity or find a quiet and restful cove on the Gravois arm within minutes by water.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You will enjoy a brand new unit with tile floor, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new washer & dryer, plasma tv, patio furniture, and grill. There is a 2 mile water view from the tiled floor balcony. You will find golf within four minutes plus shopping, cinema, fishing, swimming in the pool or whirlpool or stop by the fitness center. The property grounds are maintained on a daily basis. You will see the property caretakers in many roles:mowing, cleaning the pool, and in general keeping the entire premises spotless.
