This Northern Michigan vacation property is in a country-like setting only a half mile from Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, Round Lake and downtown Charlevoix. Only 10 homes have been built on this cul-de-sac.
With both a deck and patio, families can enjoy picnics and entertainment overlooking a large play area and fire pit. Stover Creek borders the property on the north side.
This child friendly family home has lots of living space inside on two floors with three full baths and three bedrooms. The front picture window looks out onto an open field and the 15th hole of the Belvedere Golf Club.
Close by is the historic Castle Farm and Gardens. This setting is the former Loeb Farm and has been renovated as a venue for meetings, family reunions, concerts and WEDDINGS.

This was our family home for 18 years. We currently live in Greenwood, Indiana
and spend time in Charlevoix when our schedules permit. We are pleased to share our home with others who find having an affordable family vacation home to which they can return winter or summer for a peaceful interlude.
The Unique Benefits of this House
For us, having family camp fires and walking to downtown Charlevoix and nearby Ferry Beach and its dock facilities have been wonderful!!

Three generations of family stayed here for a destination wedding in Charlevoix. We were able to join in the bride and groom's celebration AND enjoy our own family's time together throughout the week.

Have stayed in this spacious and family owed home twice each of the last four years-- a week in summer and weekend in fall. My guest and I have had all the quiet we need yet are not far from the many activities Charlevoix the Beautiful has to offer.
