This condo has the best floor plan the Beach Club Villas have to offer with the master bedroom over looking the canal and sliding glass door going out to the balcony, it also has a laundry room. This condo is located in the center of the island, across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. At the Complex, you will find the Olympic swimming pool suitable for all ages and the adult pool with the Sand Bar where you can get a refreshing frozen cocktail. There is also a restaurant and a brand new food court (pizza, fried chicken, tacos and ice cream ). The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis player, it is perfect for you. There are two professional golf courses on the island and a full service marina. The island offers several different childrens programs through Camp Fripp. You can get on your golf cart and ride around the island to see all the deer, alligators and numerous birds and other wildlife the island has to offer.
I manage my own properties and live on the island, so I am available to assist with anything you may need during your stay.
This condo has a newly updated kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. You can sit on the screened porch and view the canal and the fishing and crabbing dock that is yours to use during your visit. There are new hardwood floors in the living area and bedroom. Ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. Wireless internet to keep up with your business and friends during your stay There is also a golf cart available for rent with this unit.
Amenity cards are available for purchase with this unit. Amenity cards give you access to all resort offerings such as the pools, restaurants and bars, golf courses, etc.

We bought this condo as a second rental unit at the Beach Club Villas, we think this is one of the best places on Fripp Island to rent with great veiws, close to everything and the best beach right across the street

My husband & I loved our trip to Fripp. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Bob was very easy to work with on the arrangements and very accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our golf cart tours of the island. We watched some amazing sunsets. My husband wanted to see an alligator and got his wish--we saw 2. We would definitely rent this condo again or one of the others Bob owns.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

What can I say wonderful accomodations, clean and very comfortable! The view of the marsh and canal were just beautiful. The wildlife was amazing, even the 10ft gator! My family and I will definitly return to Fripp for years to come and I will only rent from Bob. He is a warm and fantasitc person!

This condo was FAB-U-LOUS. The pictures don't do it justice. The condo is well equipped, clean and very well maintained. The screened balcony overlooks the marsh and the wildlife. Its close to everything on the island, walk to the tennis courts, beach club or the beach. This is definitely the place to stay for a nice relaxing vacation. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Thank goodness this condo was so well appointed and comfortable, because we had the worst weather ever the week of our spring break! We spent a lot of time in the condo with the heat on!! A few board games in the closet would have been a good thing.....but who knew. I don't think the location pictures do this condo justice. The view from the porch and master bedroom was like looking at a nature preserve and the beach was just a short walk out the front door. I also want to add that I was traveling alone with my 2 daughters and toddler granddaughter and I felt very safe there. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. This location is such a short drive from so many wonderful places to see.....it is right next to Hunting Island State Park, Beaufort and Savannah just a short drive and much to see there too. Push the button on this one you won't be sorry :).
