Beautiful newly remodeled two bedroom, (or one bedroom plus an office) fully furnished apartment. Classic San Francisco building in the heart of the city; two blocks from Union Square, 1/2 block from the Ritz Carlton, two blocks from China town, and one block from the cable car.
The building is part of the Financial District and Nob Hill. Garage parking is available in the building for an additional fee. However most of San Francisco is accessible by foot from your doorstep.
The unit is turnkey ready with all high end fixtures, furnishings and linens. There is a year’s worth of restaurants within walking distance. However, if you choose to stay in, the unit has a new modern kitchen. Also, the bathroom is luxurious marble.
The units have the feel of the W Hotel with the quality of our neighbor; the Ritz Carlton. The sophisticated clean units are also ideal corporate rentals. Why the Owner Chose Nob Hill
I jumped at the opportunity to buy the 12 unit building because of it's incredible location. Also prior to moving to San Francisco (from Manhattan), I had several extended stays in the city. However, I was never able to find a furnished apartment of the same quality of the finer hotels in the city. I decided that this would be the perfect building to remodel to luxury standards that discriminating traveler's desire.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The unit descriptions do a good job highlighting the luxurious accommodations. Also, the building sits right on the dividing line of the Financial District and Nob Hill. Thus, it is walking distance to everything. Also, very unique for the area are the available parking spaces within the building and it is the only building I know in the Financial District, that I know, that has a private back yard garden.

The building is co-owned by Tim and Paul. We also own other beautiful apartment buildings in the city. However, because of its incredible location, this is the only building that we rent the units furnished. We both have families and take full advantage of living in such a vibrant city and wonderful part of the country.

This is an amazing apartment that has all the luxuries of home. Beautifully furnished, new appliances, clean and well-kept common areas. My wife and I miss it already! One block over to the Chinatown Gate, walking distance to Union Square, the Embarcadero and North Beach. Didn't miss having a car once while living here. Tim is very easy to reach and is very helpful in answering questions/concerns.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.
