My husband and I loved our stay at the Little Bay House. It was exactly as previously described. The owners came over and checked to make sure everything was OK. This place was so well taken care of and clean. I highly recommend this bay house. We also got to see a dolphin in the water. We traveled throughout Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Georgia but our favorite place was out on the pier. The sunsets were beautiful. For a serene, restful and beautiful vacation, you will love this place. The owners go beyond your expectations to see that you have a good time.

We had a marvelous time at your bay house! The house is just precious, and has everything one needs to experience a great vacation. We trapped 18 crabs in two days and invited several family members who live in Fairhope to join us for a low country crab and shrimp boil--delicious! Thank you for providing such a terrific vacation spot! We will be returning!

So, quiet and peaceful, it truly is a great getaway spot. Also, the wonderful stocked kitchen and video library are great extras!. thanks again for a wonderful getaway week.

We loved our time at the Little Bay House. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room. The boys really liked fishing off the dock, they even caught a little shark. They liked looking in the crab traps to see what they had got. The house was equipped w/everything you could possibly need and the air condition worked wonderfully on the HOT days we were here. If you are looking for clear water, you won't find it here. This is the bay. But the beach is about 30 minutes away and we enjoyed it every day too. Fairhope is a cute town w/many shops to go through in it's down town. Walmart is not too far, est. 20 min., this is where we got our groceries. There were fresh fruit & veg. stands along the roadsides. It is a great area to take pictures, if you really like photography too. The home owners live across the road and were very accommodating. The house is bright and cheery, loaded with games and movies of all types, when you need to relax after a long, fun day in the sun. If I had to make an improvement, I would suggest a roof over the back deck, for even more outdoor time. We really had a great vacation. Our boys are 15, 12, 10, 6. They like fishing but were weary of the water didn't want to get in. So their water time was at Gulf Shores beach and fishing was at the Little Bay house. Thank you for a vacation of memories we will never forget.

The house was really cute. Great balcony and obviously the view was gorgeous. We slept 8 people and I never felt cramped. I also enjoyed the fact that everything you needed to fish or crab was available to use by the owner.

Thank you for letting us stay in your darling vacation home! It was our "home away from home" for a month and we loved every minute...you must have ordered the beautiful February weather. Since we love to cook, we were so pleased with the well-equipped kitchen - everything one needed for some delicious seafood dinners with friends. Everything was perfect and we definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Fairhope for a weekend or a longer stay like we had.

Can't say enough about the Little Bayhouse it was everything it was suppose to be; cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, a great location and a wonderful view. The neighborhood is quite and centrally located to Fairhope and Foley giving visitors plenty to do during the day. Highly recommend Lambert's Restaurant in Foley, Alabama--it's really an experience for everyone. We spent our Thanksgiving vacation there and felt like we were home. We really appreciated all the extra amenities that the owneres provide to make the Little Bayhouse personable and comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to our next stay.

My husband and I spent a weekend at the end of July at The Little Bay House with another couple friend and had an absolute ball! The house is super clean, comfortable, and well equipped! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a great meal, and we had the most fun catching crabs with the traps out on the pier as well as fishing! The traps and poles are all set up and ready to go...all you need is bait! Mark was great to bring some extra crab bait to us, and it really worked much better than ours did! We also brought our sea kayaks down with us and had no trouble at all putting them in off the side of the pier and launching from the ladder at the end. It truly is such a relaxing place on the bay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a layed back time. It's also really close to one of our absolute favorite restaurants, Jesse's, in Magnolia Springs...maybe a 10 minute drive....and it's so close to The Grand Hotel too! Mint Juleps a The Birdcage bar is a must! Many Thanks to The Christians for sharing their glorious spot on the bay with us, and we hope to be returning soon!

My wife and I spent a week at the Little Bayhouse in May. It was an amazing vacation, the weather and temperature were perfect and we could not have asked for a better place to enjoy it all from. A 5-star rating goes out to the owners, Mark Christian Junior and Senior. Mark Senior personally came out to the Little Bayhouse on his time to help us cut the tow rope out of our waverunner. He not only brought tools and allowed us to use his boathouse, but also stayed and chatted with us the entire time. The Little Bayhouse is owned by a great family and it is a great escape from all the worries in life.

My husband and I had a nice little retreat @ The Little Bay House on the Eastern Bay of Mobile Bay.The house is well kept and very clean. it is decorated comfortable and cute. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with most everything you need. Lawn is manicured and pier and covered dock is very nice with great views! It is located so that you can have a very diversified vacation. One night we drove 10 miles and ate great seafood @ "a little whole in the wall " called Big Daddy's . Played on the dock and got plenty of sun the next day and still had time to go to Foley to Outlet mall to shop. Drove 15 minutes to the Grande Hotel in Point Clear and had a luxurious dinner in the grande dining room. The owners live close buy and are very friendly to help with directions, etc.

The owners greeted us on arrival and again when leaving. They showed my husband and 10 year old son where everything was on the property, where the best fishing spots were, how to use the crab traps, and even baited the traps for them. They provided absolutely everything we needed, right down to the coffee I forgot to pack. I'm a nurse so you can imagine my craziness over cleanliness...this place was very clean. Had a great time and will be back again and again. Thanks so much for a great stay!!!!!

Our family of 6 stayed at The Little Bay House April "09 for Spring Break. The photos made the house look small and we were a little apprehensive. Boy, were we in for a wonderful surprise! This is a wonderful property. It is conveniently located to Fairhope and Mobile where we have relatives. It exceptionally maintained, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for us. The owner was so friendly; he made us feel like guests not renters. We had use of their fishing and crabbing equipment, a well equipt kitchen and over 100 videos. The videos we didn't need because the bay was so wonderful and there was a big yard for the kids to play in with their cousins. We are still talking about how much fun we had at The Little Bay house and we plan go back every year.

Unfortunately circumstances beyond our control prevented us from staying the full length of our vacation but the 4 out of 12 days were incredible. I hope to return for a future vacation. Very relaxing for everyone. Crabbing was excellent. Nearby family came for a fish feed and the kids were well entertained with the movie collection. Thanks for a quiet retreat.

We stayed at the Little Bayhouse the last weekend in May and had the BEST time. My boys LOVED pulling up the crab traps and finding LOTS of blue crabs, so many that we googled how to boil crabs and had our own little crab boil--GREAT MEMORIES. My husband does a triathlon every year in Point Clear. We usually stay at the Grand Hotel but my husband and I both agree that the Little Bayhouse was BETTER. Thanks, Mark, for allowing us to stay in your place. We really enjoyed it!

We stayed at the Little Bay House the 2nd weekend in August and had an amazing time. The house had everything you needed for a trip away from home. The pier and back porch were fabulous for relaxing and hanging out. The water was calm and perfect! The boat launch was very convenient! Fortunately, we didn't have any rain, but there were over 100 DVDs to watch if it rained or you just needed time out of the sun! This was our first trip to the Bay- we fell in love and we'll definitely be back! This place was amazing! Thanks for everything!

We stayed the week before the 4th and had a great time; place is very nice, has everything you could want for your stay. Don't bring anything but your clothes and personal items! (Maybe some fishing tackle, if you like to fish.) We would highly recommend the Little Bay House! Mark, you need one more garbage can! We ate so much seafood (crabs and fish we caught there, as well as crawfish)) the one can wasn't big enough!
