Spacious 1000 square foot 2BR/2BA direct oceanview condominium located on New Smyrna Beach. Our 4th floor condo has a breathtaking eastern exposure view of the Atlantic Ocean, tropical landscaped courtyard, gazebo, and swimming pool.
Relax on the gorgeous white sugar sand located on the tranquil non driving part of the beach. A few steps away you can enjoy the large heated swimming pool, smaller kids pool, clubhouse, shuffle board, outside grill, gazebo, and lighted tennis court. Castle Reef also has an available WI-FI internet connection so you can work by the beach, pool, or in the condo!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bedroom contains 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a dresser and large closet. The living room has pull out couch with a full size sofa bed. A cable TV is located in both the living room and master bedroom.
The full size kitchen overlooks the dining and living room and contains all the comforts of home.
New Smyrna Beach is located about 1 hr 15 minutes from downtown Orlando and about 1 hr 30 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. It will take about 30 minutes to drive to Daytona and the Kennedy Space Center.
