Location: Lake Lure, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA (Just 25 miles East of Asheville, NC)

This beautiful, lakefront home with multi-level decks and porch sits right on the waters edge. Enjoy swimming off the lower dock, lounging in the hammock on the boathouse deck, or just rocking under the ceiling fans off the 46 foot screened in porch. It is only eight steps from the parking area to the front door.

The house has one king, one queen, two twins and a double. It has two full baths. There are two dining areas, one inside and one on the screened porch. On the upper level there is a living room with a color TV and cable, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a fully-equipped, newly renovated, gourmet kitchen.

The lower level has sofas, bar with refrigerator, 32 inch color TV with VCR and DVD player, fireplace, bathroom with a washer and dryer, one bedroom, and a private sleeping area. The lower level connects out to the deck on top of the boat house which has an outdoor bar and stools. Also included are two bikes , a canoe and a paddle boat that seats 5 (with life vests) for your enjoyment.

Pets are welcome. There is NO Smoking permited. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided. We Rent to family units and adult couples over the age of 25 only.
