Escape to the serenity of a tropical, bright and colorfully furnished 2 bedroom (1Q, 2T, 1SS), 1/2 bath town home situated in a peaceful golf course community. Our unit is just a few steps to the edge of one of the most beautiful resort-style swimming pools in Key West (one of 2 pools in development) and yet is buffered by palms and plants for privacy.
Large balconies and porches with ceiling fans provide the perfect resting, reading or dining place. Our town home is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer and a sleeper sofa. Just 3 miles from Key West's historical Old Town district, minutes to beaches, 2 miles from the airport and a 150 mile picturesque drive from Miami, this town home offers a perfect getaway to one of the nation's most treasured and storied cities.
The living room and dining area are open and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a half bath on the first floor. Sliding doors lead to a large porch with dining table and an outdoor gas grill. Just a few steps beyond is a breathtaking resort pool with waterfall. Access to the poolside fitness room is available upon request.
Bedrooms are on the second floor. The master has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and opens to a large private balcony where you can relax under a ceiling fan in large rocking chairs (or a hammock provided). The second suite has 2 twin beds and can be joined with king sheet to form a king bed. French doors open to a balcony. There is a full bath on the second floor.
The unit is perfect for families or small groups - kids love the pool, couples love the relaxation, friends enjoy all the variety that Key West can offer.
The Key West Golf Club is a gated community which offers 24-hour security. The Rees Jones designed course is picturesque and challenging. In this community you will be very close to all of Key West's many attractions - beaches, water sports, sightseeing, fine dining, and entertainment for all ages, and you can then return to the tranquility of a quiet gated community. This was a great place for our family. Condo is just a few steps from the pool with the workout room just on the other side of the pool. We enjoyed laying by the pool and listening to the waterfall. We loved sitting on the downstairs porch and laying in the hammock on the upstairs porch. This condo is in a great location because it is close enough to downtown Key West(about 10 minutes away) and many attractions. I highly recommend this for couples or small families.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

A great getaway for a couple. Awesome pool and soothing waterfall just steps away. We enjoyed the workout room and sitting on the balcony in the rocking chairs. Bright, cheerful unit with plenty of natural light. Wish we were there now!

Great poolside location - we have 3 kids and they loved the waterfall in the pool just steps from the condo. Bright and cheerful unit. We used the workout facilty in the building right across the pool. After putting the kids to bed we would sit on the balcony with a nice glass of wine. Awesome.
