  We really enjoyed our stay - especially the screened in pool and living area. The home is actually larger than it appears in some of the pictures and is in a very nice, peaceful area. We were traveling as a family and this property is great for that kind of vacation but my husband and I would have enjoyed it as a couple just as much. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. We were very near some beautiful beaches and Hutchinson Island. This property is not new but it is generally well maintained and was very comfortable. Definitely a property we would return to.

  We stayed in this home with two couples. It was exactly as described. Everything we needed for a great vacation was provided....beach chairs and towels, dishes, pots and pans, coolers, etc. Comfortable beds and clean bedding. The entire house was spotless! Bart and Donna were awesome to work with in reserving the home. The only negative I can come up with is the non-heated pool. It is clearly stated in the description that the pool was not heated, but we didn't think the water temperature would be as cold as it was. The weather was chilly the week before our vacation so that is probably why is was so cold, and it did start warming up as the days got warmer. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect "home base" on their vacation.

• Nice House, great location

  This house was in the perfect location for my wife and me, within bicycling distance (with dedicated bike lanes) to shopping, fitness club, Starbucks, tennis, fishing, downtown Jensen Beach, and even the public beach on the Atlantic Ocean (4 miles). Of course, driving is even easier. Lots of nice restaurants and a movie theater nearby. We were there 2 months and never bored. The house is clean and well maintained. The owner makes himself available 24/7 and did help us out with a few issues that came up. The neighborhood is residential and quiet; we enjoyed eating out on the lanai almost every day. We plan to return next year.

  What a beautiful home, very clean. It was just the two of us renting this home, (mom and daughter) so we had more then enough room. The master bedroom had a full bathroom with a sunken tub, which my mother absolutely loved. The other bedrooms were located down the hall from the dining room as well as another full bathroom, which I enjoyed. It felt like we both had our own little suites within the house. The screened in porch and pool area became our main living courters, as we love the outdoors. The kitchen had all the necessities to prepare coffee in the morning and meals, however we did eat at some outstanding restaurants in Jensen Beach. We enjoyed swimming in the pool during the day as well as in the evening. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, evening strolls in the neighborhood were enjoyable. It was especially nice to use the garage for parking the car, and provided was an electric garage door opener. With the short drive to Hutchison Island, we ventured to the beaches every day. I would also say it is a short drive to anything, shopping mall, gas stations, restaurants and more. N.E. Indian River Drive has the best fresh fruit and vegetable stand ever we stopped several times. Also Indian Riverside Park just up the street is a beautiful park. We enjoyed our stay and it felt like "home" away from "home". The owners were wonderful to work with. We hope to return next year!

  our vacation at jensen beach was great the rental was great, very nice area quiet and safe. The rental was very clean and the landlord was very nice to deal with. We would tell anyone we know the rental is great for kid's and senior citizen's as well and we felt very safe. The patio was so nice to have our morning coffee and just relax. People we met in jensen beach were very nice and we will be back next year.

  What you see on the internet is what you get only it is even better. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, minutes from the beaches, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. I came down to visit my new granddaughter and eventually all of my sisters and brothers, daughter and children came down to stay. It was a family reunion and the house was just perfect for that. We loved the pool, the patio, the bikes and the beach chairs...we didn't need a thing. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable....it was just plain a home away from home. Bart and Donna were very easy to work with and were available any time we needed them. I would highly recommend this property to any one who wants a true taste of Florida. I will be back next year or maybe even sooner. Oh and hey, the golf courses are wonderful. Don't pass this one up if you are interested in this area. It is a real deal. Thanks Bart and Donna

  Was back this year for our second trip to this home and it was just as good as the first. Super clean, well maintained, spacious, and convenient. We will be back again!

  Our 16 day stay was wonderful - VERY NICE HOME - Clean and very comfortable with a gorgeous backyard w/pool. Enjoyed relaxing on patio and watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze. Bed in master bedroom was EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! Beach was only about 8-10 minutes away and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Excellent location and neighborhood, great for walks or bike rides. Homeowner was great to work with and very kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to return again. Hated coming back to the cold, ice and snow!

  Our stay was short but oh so sweet! We visited from NJ to celebrate a family birthday and this home was just as described and more. The internet access was the real clincher! Our host/landlord was fair, and the open communication was an exceptional experience. It was a real comfort to know we could just call if we needed anything at all, which we did not. Can't wait to do it again!
