Our Luxury vacation villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms (singles) which share a bathroom (Jack & Jill).
Our vacation villa is fully air-conditioned and is set for your comfort, the family room and all the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
Our vacation villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival and there are full laundry facilities should you wish to us during your stay. This includes a washing machine & dryer and also an ironing board should the mood take you!

Why the Owner Chose Orange Tree
After spending many years visiting Florida with our 3 children, we decided to buy property in Florida so that we could, as we matured, enjoy the warmth of the Florida sunshine year round. We have been lucky enough to move over here earlier than planned and love living and working in the Sunshine state!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Solar heated oversized pool is fanastic, keeping the water generally at a minimum of 75 degrees, meaning lower gas bills for us! We have furnished the villa to give it a home from home feel which are guests comment that they love.

My husband Alan & I purchased our home in Orlando in October 2004, we also live on Orange Tree Community having moved here with our 2 westie's "Boycee & Marlene" and are at hand to assist our guests whenever the need arises. From simply giving them driving directions to one of the many attractions or to advise which day is bin day - we find our guests appreciate these 'little touches'. I love jewelry making, glass fusing and all kinds of crafts, whilst alan enjoys gardening and motorcycles and we both love golf
