The house is nearly new - Built "Green" in 2006 - located 600' from the street, in a safe area, surrounded with over 300 acres of Woods. Every season has its own beauty - Spring flowers, Summer - more flowers, and sleeping with the windows open, Colorful Fall foliage, Winter snow and 30 mile views of the countryside and small towns.
The rooms are spacious - over 3000 sq. ft. total, plus the wonderful,LARGE screened porch and deck.
Jump in the pool when the weather turns hot, and toast marshmallows on the campfire in the evening.

Year Purchased: 2007
I have been a builder of custom homes for many years. Now, I'm wanting to do something less physically demanding, and enjoying working on our own property, and meeting many nice people at our Bed & Breakfast - located next door to our "vacation home".
Our 5 children are grown and on there own, with grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Ephrata
We've lived on this street since 1980, in several homes, and can't find anywhere nicer. We're secluded in the woods, yet near highways, shopping, theaer, hospital, good restaurants. This is a wonderful place to live, and we're happy to share it with people who are looking for a great place to vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Peaceful and quiet - usually the loudest sound outside is the birds singing in the trees. It's a safe area - you can go for a walk anytime of day or night, and leave your car unlocked. Your children can explore the woods around us - over 300 acres - yet can't get seriously lost. There's a street within 1/2 mile in any direction.
