Perfect for family and friends, our Gulf side, 3-bedroom condo is located at Blue Lupine in Blue Mountain Beach, a quiet beach community minutes from Seaside and Sandestin.
Our unit is on the 3rd floor featuring beautiful panoramic western views of the gulf, lighlighting incredible sunsets. The master bedroom features a king size bed, bath with shower and Jacuzzi plus a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen size bed with private bath and opens onto the main balcony. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and shares a full hall bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the master and queen bedroom have TV, DVD, and cable access. For extra guests, the living room sofa converts to a queen size bed. For our younger guest, we have a portable playpen and high chair.
The open living plan features a large seating area, TV with DVD/VCR and sound system. Cable TV service offers over 75 channels. High-speed wireless Internet access is available in the building atrium plus free local and long distance telephone service are provided in the unit. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor charcoal grill. The dining room table seats six plus three at the bar. High quality linens with the exception of beach towels are provided along with a in-unit wather and dryer.
Blue Lupine is a charming 48 unit complex on the Gulf of Mexico located between two private upscale home developments and adjacent to a protected conservation area. Each unit opens onto a 4-story, sky lighted atrium filled with tropical plants and seating areas. Elevators located at either end of the atrium provide comfortable access from the gated underground parking garage. Blue Lupine is convenient to nearby grocery stores, outlets and other unique shopping and dining options.
Overlooking the emerald green water of the Gulf are the pool and hot tub, gated for your privacy. On site security is present during the high traffic season. Beach setups are available for rent during the active seasons.
For a bit of exercise, try the 3rd floor exercise room equipped with cross-trainers, treadmills, bikes, multi-station weight machines, free weights and TV. Want outdoor exercise? Bring your bike, rent one at the local shop, run or hike the 17 mile paved Timpoochee Trail that passes within a block of the building. Or, take a walk on the beach, either direction taking you to one of the rare coastal dune lakes found in our area. There are only four other places in the world that feature these dune lakes.
Walking on the famous sugar white sand of Blue Mountain Beach or listening to the calming sounds of the Gulf of Mexico are truly unique experiences.

We make 2 trips to this condo each year - one with our 4 kids and another with just the 2 of us. It is perfect for both! Spacious, comfortable...great pool, beautiful beach, best beach walks ever. Complex is located on a super convenient spot on 30-A...away from the touristy crowds, but close to seafood market, big grocery store, and wonderful restaurants (the best on the panhandle). Bike rental places will deliver to your door. Condo owner is very accommodating and arrangements are hassle free. You will not regret visiting Blue Lupine!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time at Blue Lupine. This condo is very family friendly! The furnishings are lovely, but durable. We did not spend our time worrying about fragile items, but enjoyed the beachy, sturdy, fun, decor. The owner is so easy to work with and the local contact could not have been more helpful. This unit is near the back of the building, but still has a nice view of the ocean. We were so pleased with the beautiful water, white sand and lack of oil or tar!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
