Perfect location and great for entertaining! In the heart of Old Town Key West just steps from restaurants, bars, theatres and shops, this sprawling six bedroom, seven bath compound has two private heated swimming pools, endless porches, terraces and a huge, fabulous decks that overlooks the action on Duval St.
Comprised of two buildings—a luxurious Duval St. penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and a lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath guest house. The two-story penthouse is designed after a chic urban flat with an island twist. The spacious, open floor plan is complemented by beautiful island-style furnishings and art work. French doors open onto terraces from every room, and there is a covered dining terrace off the gourmet kitchen. A private heated pool with waterfall is the perfect finishing touch.
The guest house has three bedrooms, all with private baths, graciously spread out over three floors. The ground floor features a fabulous gourmet kitchen, dining area, half bath, and sitting room with a wall of French doors that open onto the deck and private heated pool with waterfall.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a balcony and marble bathroom. Down the hall is a cozy den with a sleeper sofa. The two third-floor guest suites are spacious and private with beautiful tree-top views of Old Town.

We rented this for my 40th BDay and it was just perfect. The place is better than it looks online. The owner was there when we arrived and provided us good tips and responded to all of our inquiries and requests. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a fabulous house in the center of Key West and just steps from the best of Duval. Enjoy!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+.

The compound was a great location, central to all shops and restaurants. The owner was out of town during our stay so he had his neighbor look after the place. When we arrived, we pointed out several issues to the neighbor, such as dirty roof deck and stained carpet that were there when we arrived so we would not be charged after we left. Our week stay was great, and we enjoyed the house very much. The problems began after we left when the rental agency and the owner stacked up several charges against me and my group for things that our group did not cause to the house. The neighbor never told the owner or rental agency of the previous conditions of the house when we arrived. It is a crooked operation, so renters beware. On top of that, there is an art gallery below the house with a well known but very rude owner. His attitude alone was enough for me to never come back to Key West. Would not recommend to anyone.Owner response: The guests who wrote this review were using absusive language to women and throwing beer on poeple passing by on Duval Street. The local property management company that helps me with my property had three separate complaints about these guests. They burnt cigar holes in the awning of the gallery below and left trash everywhere. They were charged for their burn holes and extra cleaning out of their security deposit. Great place! There for paddleboarding comp.and could't be happier with the the compound,Room for at least 12 we had 9 One problem was feet get very dirty from the slate patio so you had to be careful. The location is right in the middle of Duval.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We owned a restuarant were the property now sitssince 2000. The entire property was torn down in 2006 and was redeveloped & finished in December of 2008. Our first guests stayed here in Jan of 2009.
