Sandy Feet is a beautiful brand new 3 bedroom / 2 bath home located on a beautiful point with awesome panoramic views of the Atlantic from the oversized windows in front and a beautiful view of the Sea of Abaco from the back. A lot of care was put into making this home beautifully detailed. The stars at night are incredible and appear to be on your doorstep.

This new home has an elevated walk around deck that provides beautiful views on every step around the house. There is no place in this house that doesn’t provide a panoramic view of the Atlantic or the Sea of Abaco.
This house is beautifully furnished Island style. All 3 bedrooms provide views of the Atlantic and the Sea of Abaco. The great room is very open, providing beautiful Atlantic views. The kitchen, with an island sink/bar has its own door opening to the walk-around porch. Direct TV satellite provides over 150 channels to choose from.
This is a great vacation for you and your children. The island is very kid friendly. Your children will love the adventure of exploring our small cave, snorkeling, beach play, golf cart rides, swimming at the local restaurants, and exploring our beautiful island.
Dine at Grabbers, Nippers, Docksiders or Orchid Bay Restaurants for a variety of great food and beverages. The local grocery store provides the necessities for snacks/cooking. A liquor store is located in the settlement.
Please call me regarding flight information or any other details regarding vacationing in the Abacos. The Marsh Harbour ferry provides frequent daily rides to Guana Cay from Marsh Harbour.

Cuisinart coffee maker. Many spices available as well as additional items in the pantry to get you started. There is a desk in the kitchen if you absolutely have to do some work. Amazing ocean views from everywhere in the kitchen and dining area.

- Beachfront: The property is directly on the ocean....just a couple of short steps to beautiful coral and a great snorkeling area. Much of this beautiful Island can be seen from this elevated home.
- Oceanfront: Sandy beach is a short walk or golf cart ride. Directly in front of the house is a small cave for exploration. Snorkeling is spectacular in front of the house.

- WiFi (Wireless Internet): Free WiFi is available at both primary restaurants on the Island, Nippers and Grabbers. Both have hot-spots with good connections.

- Home has secondary power via a generator which automatically turns on in the event of a power failure.

- Kid Friendly: Guana Cay is a very family oriented Island and there are a great number of activitites for children of all ages, from Snorkeling, surfing and shelling to bicycle and golf cart rides to explore the Island. Dive Guana provides great daily snorkeling excursions to some of the most beautiful turquoise water and coral reefs you will ever see. There are 2 great restaurants with pools for children. They can enjoy the freswhater and the company of other children while you enjoy lunch or a cocktail. Your children will not be bored!!!!!
