A cozy cottage for your vacation to San Diego!!

The house has a-frame open-beamed ceilings with skylights and lots of windows. There are hardwood floors throughout and the master bedroom has 2 closets and sliding glass doors to a large deck in the backyard. The second bedroom has a nice sized closet and lots of windows. Both the front & back yards are fenced and have manicured grass with lush landscaping (citrus trees in the backyard).

The wood deck in the backyard has a gas grill and patio furniture for dining outdoors (seats 6). The kitchen has a side door that opens to a breezeway that runs along side of the house to the back and front yards. There is also an attached laundry room that is off the breezeway - perfect for sandy beach stuff like towels & swimsuits!

The private parking space is at the back of the property adjacent to the alley. Most tenants park there and enter the house from the side kitchen door.

Complimenting the cozy atmosphere and outdoor activities are the furnishings of a 27 inch HDTV with Dolby Digital surround sound/DVD/CD/STEREO/Sony PlayStation. High speed Internet cable available.

  • The home is located in the heart of Pacific Beach near Garnet and Gresham. Mission & Sail is 5 blocks and Crystal Pier is 8 blocks. Both are both in short walking distance. The neighborhood's main street has everything from bike rentals to surf shops, consignment boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and local markets with something for everyone's taste. There are miles of sandy beaches and walking paths to explore and enjoy - so bring your walking shoes! If you decide to drive, Sea World is 5 mins, Balboa Park, the World Famous Zoo, and Historic Old Town. The Gaslamp Distric in downtown and the jewel of our city, La Jolla, are all approx. 15 mins. We are centrally located to all that is fun in San Diego. You are sure to have fun!
