This townhouse is located two minutes away from Camelback Ski area and Camelbeach Water Park. It has never been rented until this season. Clean, cozy, and like new. Camelback is the largest ski, snowboard, and snowtubing resort in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Outside, there is a deck that overlooks Mt Pocono State Park, which is wooded and full of wildlife. On the front porch is a locked utility closet with firewood and a place to leave your skis.
A walkout finished basement with full bath, two futons, and a tv makes a great place for the kids to hang out. The Main floor has a bedroom with two twin beds. Full bath and laundry room are also located on the first floor.
Open kitchen, living room and dining area, great for good times if you want to eat in, relax and enjoy each others company. Enjoy the coziness of the fireplace after a long day of skiing, or fun times playing board games which are provided. The townhouse contains everything you need to make yourself at home.
In the summer enjoy the Water Park, heated swimming pool and outdoor tennis courts. Other activities include shopping at The Crossings Premium Outlet Mall, horseback riding, hiking trails, casinos, fishing, golf, antiquing, makes this townhouse great to rent for any season.
