This home has views of Nantucket Sound and Buck's Creek. It is 6/10 of a mile to Hardings Beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood with an association dock on Buck's Creek perfect for launching your kayak or canoe for a short paddle to Ridgevale Beach. Two living areas provide flexibility for family comfort. Three bedrooms and additional sleeping area with half bath downstairs. The downstairs TV/bedroom area has been remodeled this winter and provides a great space for children or teens. Pictures to come Front and back decks.

We've been lucky enough to stay at this house twice with family and friends and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! The house has more than enough room to accomodate several families of assorted ages. The views are really beautiful but my favorite spot in the house is in front of the fire place. We loved this house! We had a mini family reunion, and there was room for all. The downstairs is almost like a cozy private apartment and we enjoyed evenings in the great room in front of the fire. Fall is a beautiful time at the Cape, and there was plenty to do and see. We really enjoyed our stay. Truly a fantastic house for a group. We came for a friend's wedding and it was the perfect amount of space for sleeping and relaxing. Everyone had their own room and there was lots of common space to spread out. Great kitchen, great views. Great to work with this owner - very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We rented this house for 2 weeks in Oct. and couldn't have been happier!! The house is wonderful-warm, cozy, inviting with fantastic views. There is plenty of space since there is basically 3 family/living rooms, we loved sitting in front of the fire in the cozy family room with the wet bar and great views! The owners are wonderful people, and were available to help or answer any questions. We loved this house so much we also rented it for the month of January and are planning our fall vacation!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Our extended family spent a great week here with our babies/toddlers. We enjoyed the great open living/dining/kitchen area as much as the privacy of our own comfortable rooms. Grilling out on the deck while watching a lovely sunset over the ocean was a treat, as was the pleasant walk to wonderful Hardings Beach. The landlords were right in the neighborhood and very friendly and helpful -- including their dogs, who our kids enjoyed patting and trying to feed green beans to. :) We highly recommend this house for your family vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
