Over 1,000 Square Feet of comfortably furnished living. This privately owned location often used by the owner herself. The lower area features a Master bedroom complete with queen bed, large closet, dresser and bathroom. A second bedroom with queen bed, large closet and dressers. Main Bath and towels located on main level. Living room feature pull out sofa, loveseat and chair with ottoman. TV, Fireplace and firewood also provided. Kitchen is a full kitchen with dishware and cookware provided. Kitchen has a large table and a highchair. A portable crib is located onsite.
The loft area is a large spacious area with room to sleep and play. The loft area has a luxurious king bed and twin over full bunk-bed.
Our newly built clubhouse has a game room, large pool, fitness center, racquetball court, sauna, multiple hot tubs and FREE WIFI internet. A shared coin-op laundry is also onsite.
The unit is fully furnished and complete with linens and towels.
Free bus transportation provided to summit county ski areas and shopping. The unit is located 10 minutes off of I-70 and can be easily accessed using Colorado Mountain Express from DIA to avoid the cost of a rental car.
