Lovely home just a few minutes walk from Alki Beach was perfect for our daughter's wedding at Hamilton Viewpoint and her reception at Alki Beach Bathhouse. We had plenty of room for adult guests and wedding preparations. View from master bedroom balcony wonderful plus we really enjoyed the big jetted tub. Very clean, well maintained and beautiful home, but not a kid friendly house due to the many breakable glass objects, stairs, and no yard. Huskie fans beware: this is a over the top Coug environment that unsettled our U of W relatives! Owner responded to all questions plus commented on many local restaurants that was helpful. Refund back within ten days from PayPal. Street parking always was available which was nice, plus the single car garage in basement was an extra bonus. Wireless password never worked, but I didn't call owner to ask for help with it either. Deck looked inviting with nice large seating area, but we always ended up on the smaller balcony on third floor where the best view was. I would definately recommend this home, it was great.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. We had 4 adults and 2 children with plenty of room to spare. The views are spectacular, the house is terrific, and you are just blocks from Alki Beach along with all its eateries!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.
