Nice and clean, newly painted 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, single story, "Smoke Free" beach cottage. Located in Kill Devil Hills, NC at Mile Post 9.

The cottage has 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Ocean views are available from the top deck. If you love the sun, you will enjoy full sun in the privacy of your back deck from sunrise to sunset. The cottage is only 2 lots back from the beach where there is direct public access, showers and a life guard stand.

The cottage has plenty of parking space. There are picnic tables located on the lower deck and underneath the cottage, and an enclosed outside shower on the ground floor.

Low traffic in the area makes for a nice quiet vacation to enjoy uncrowded beaches, to ride bikes, or for just being lazy. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, drug stores and shopping, and will enjoy spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. You will be located near the Wright Brothers Memorial, North Carolina Aquarium, Jockeys Ridge State Park, Fishing Piers, Charter Boat Fishing, Cape Hatteras National Seashore, and the Currituck - Bodie Island - and Cape Hatteras Lighthouses.

  • Bright and welcoming, our first visit to the OBX was certainly enjoyed more by these surroundings. Convenient to everything including a very short walk to the beach. The owners were especially accommodating to us because we had some scheduling problems. I'd rate the cottage 5 star!

  • We stayed in your cottage for 4th of July week and had a wonderful time. The cottage is very clean and decorated very nicely with a great book selection. The deck is a great place to eat dinner and drink morning coffee. Very convenient location to the beach and shopping. We will definately inquire about staying here again. Thank you!

  • VERY convenient location to the beach & everything else on the OBX. Comfortable, clean, newly painted and decorated in light, airy color scheme. Definitely not your typical "Beach Box. Up-to-date appliances, electronics, & internet equipment. Best 2 week value & cottage experience I've han on OBX. I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer. May 27 - June 7, 2009

Clean, quiet, and a relaxing location with beach access only a minute away. Plus renters who are eager to work with you for a worry free vacation.
