Accommodations: A spacious great room with vaulted ceiling looks out to ocean and opens onto a screened-in porch. It includes a dining area for 6-8 people and a separate drop-leaf table for games or dining. The center of the room has two sofas, coffee table, two easy chairs and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers new appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave) and a large granite counter.
The large master bedroom with king bed and private bath opens onto the sundeck with an ocean view. The other side of the house includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom and a door off the great room providing separation and privacy. A sofa in the great room opens into a queen size bed. Bed linens, towels, beach towels are included.
The under-house area provides covered parking for 2-3 cars and has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Entertainment: A Sony 32 inch flat-screen cable TV with DVD and VCR, a CD player (great-room), a second small flat-screened TV (bedroom, and a small DVD video player (bedroom).
Communications: Three telephones
High speed internet connection provided.
Outdoor features: screened-in porch with four chairs and mosaic table, sundeck with two large reclining chairs, two bikes, beach chairs, grill cast net, crabbing net, beach toys, boogie board.
