House ideal for 2-8 people. Lower floor: large eat-in kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, 1/2 bathroom, large garden and patio.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 multi-function room, 2 bathrooms, wrap-around porch. All rooms have views to tropical garden, with local wildlife, not found in Atlantis.
Rates vary according to season. Required extra charges include maid service fee and security deposit.

Hale brothers Pieter (L) and Michael are your contacts for the rental. Pieter works in Nassau and lives in the Caretakers house on the property with his family, and is a great contact for help with all things local, and the house's practical functioning. Michael lives in New York City and helps co-ordinate the rental bookings and provides more detailed information on prices and availablity.
