This five bedroom pet friendly home is located in Seacrest Beach ... just minutes from Seaside resort, with more activities than you can see and do in a week.
There are two king, two queen, and two twin beds as well as a sleeper sofa. The third floor is a private suite with it's own "frig" and a view of the gulf that is just gorgeous. This approximately 2600 square foot private home is 30 yards from the beach, with beach access to either side of the home. The dining room will seat eight with views to the front of the home. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is internet service provided, also free long distance service on the phone.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Seacrest/Seagrove Beaches are between the resorts of Seaside and rosemary Beach. There is always something going on at one of these resorts if you want the activity, but if you want the quite and more private feel of your own beach you come to us! Private home and private pool can't be beat. The third floor is like your own private area with a porch and a gorgeous view of the ocean. I also liked the fact that we are so close to Peir point . I have lots of parking with spaces for at least six or more cars. We have both gas and charcoal grills. It's just a little bit of paradise for me that we feel blessed to be able to own.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Just steps to the beach, screened in back porch and shady backyard. Heated pool with a waterfall and a seat under the waterfall that is great on those hot afternoons. TV's and DVD players in every bedroom. Internet access. The home is the old Florida style with all the wonderful colors that are just so warm and homey feeling. You just feel like you've lived there forever and you never want to leave. We keep a fairly large library of books available to everyone, all we ask is that if you take one you leave one in it's place. We also have stared building a library of board games and movies to watch while you are there. There is an excellent golf course just around the corner from us.
One of the top golf courses in the Florida Panhandle is less than five minutes from my doorstep.
Shop and dine at one of the more beautiful resort area's along 30A.
Fun development where the movie "The Truman Show" with Jim Carrey was filmed. There is always somrthing going on in Seaside!
Excellent seafod restaurant with some say the best gumbo around.
Gourmet dining at the beach! Expensive, but the best food you will get in the Pan Handle bar none!
Huge new play area with restaurants and movies and shopping and all sorts of things to do. It's easy to spend most of a day here before you know it.
On everyone's list of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world!
Owner's Map of Private Homes
Charles and Sammie. Both born in the south. Both retired, charles from the U S Air Force and Sammie from teaching at University level with the state of Alabama. We still own a business, but mostly let others run it now. We live in Montgomery, AL and try to get down to the beach as often as we are able. We have traveled all over the world from Europe to the far East and can confirm for you that the beaches in front of our home are the most beautiful beaches in the world. We love the people in the Seacrest area and have started to make new friends with the people who rent our home when we can't be there. We still love to travel, but would rather drive than fly so we are staying closer to home these days. We have two wonderful children and four even more wonderful grandchildren, if you're not a grandparent you may not see the humor in that last statement. We try to keep our home warm and inviting so all will feel welcome.
