Hello Renters!

The exclusive resort of Sandestin is the spot for an ideal vacation! Sandestin is situated on 2400 acres between the Choctawatchee Bay and Gulf of Mexico. Sandestin boasts 72 holes of golf, over 11 miles of biking and walking trails, a 98 slip marina with boat, kayak, canoe and jet ski rentals, stocked lakes for fishing, spa and full service heath club, plus access to the beautiful beach where there is no better sunset.

Once you enter this private gated community there will be no need to venture out, there is even a Publix grocery store on property. This 7th Floor two bedroom, two and a half bath Luau Tower I condo is the perfect base from which to explore all Sandestin has to offer. The tropical Luau condominiums are the newest development on the beach side of the resort. With spectacular views, a fitness center, 4000 square foot lagoon style salt water pool with swim under waterfall, heated spa, tot's pool, Tiki Hut and proximity to the beach this is definitely the new hot spot.

On the other side of the resort is the exciting Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village has something going on all of the time! From restaurants to first rate boutiques, to live entertainment you can find something for every member of your family. And if you are worried about parking, ask me about golf cart rentals or access to private garage parking.

From the Luau it is only a short stroll to the beach. You can also walk to these restaurants: Finz, Seagar's (Northwest Florida's first AAA four-diamond fine restaurant), Hadashi (sushi), Picnix Deli, Sandcastles, and Barefoots Beachside Bar and Grill. But if you do not want to go out to eat you can grill on the built-in stainless steel grills that are located along the stream that winds though the complex. There are plenty of tables for your outdoor dining experience.

Our condo is professionally designed and decorated. When you first enter your vacation home you will be greeted by a large entryway that gives you all the space you need to store your golf clubs, coolers and beach toys. This unique lock-off unit boasts 2 master bedrooms with the ability to separate for more privacy. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and king size bed. The lock-off bedroom doubles as a 1 bedroom studio, with its own mini-fridge, coffee maker, wet bar, microwave and private living area, perfect for couples traveling together, or as a "kids suite". There is also queen sleeper sofa in the living area as well as a twin sleeper sofa in the lock off bedroom. With a fully loaded kitchen, you will find everything you need to enjoy meals in, with seating for 6 in the main dining room, and bonus seating at the breakfast bar. This unit also has deep soaker tubs, washer and dryer, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, free wi-fi, and balcony with views of the beach and it wraps around to give you bay views as well. There is also an Observation Deck on the 20th floor for more breathtaking views of the Gulf and resort.

In the unit there are beach chairs and umbrellas for your day on the beach. It is such a short walk - you are going to love it.

Our condo is equipped with a key-less lock system that makes check-in a breeze, no keys to get, just go directly to your room. Plus the key-less lock system provides added security for you and top that off with the fact that the Luau is gated with controlled access you could not find a safer spot.

Year Purchased: 2006

I have been vacationing in Sandestin for over twenty years. I grew up in Atlanta and Bruce in Wilson. Even though we still have a home in Atlanta along with Bruce's law office our main home is here in Sandestin. There is no better place to live or vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Luau

We chose the Luau condo because of its proximity to the beach and amazing pool. We love the fact that Sandestin Resort is like a small town, you can go days without ever having to leave the resort.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Since I live in Sandestin and manage our properties myself the renters get a very personal feel to the whole rental experience. I constantly check on the condition and appearance of our condos to ensure my guests have everything they need to have a perfect vacation.

    • My family has been going to Destin for 20 years and always have stayed at the Sandestin Hilton. This year we decided to look into the Luau, across the street, and I'm glad we did. The unit could not have been any nicer, with great views and huge pool. Access to the beach was extremely easy. I would definately go back to this unit.

    • We have stayed at the Sandestin resort many times and this location offers great views and proximity to everything. It's spacious and super clean. We had several meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to have the optional 2nd bedroom. The entry was seperate and had added privacy. Covered parking is also nice so your car isn't so hot! I was so happy to see the luggage carts, we had lots of stuff! I continue to recommend this unit to friends and will definitely go back.

    • Clean, comfortable and spacious! Great bonus to be able to put our infant daughter in the second bedroom. The wrap-around balcony is a great place to relax, the kitchen is fully furnished, and the beach, spa and the restaurants of the Hilton are within easy walking distance, although our daughter was far more interested in the kiddie pool. There's a beautiful pool area with a waterfall feature on the ground floor. Great place for families or couples to stay, and much to do (even golf if that's your thing) all within walking distance. Great location to be if you're visiting -
