We are The Saraniti Family. This is a recent photo of us from our last vacation to Naples in November.
Why the Owner Chose Other Naples Properties
We chose to buy our condo because of its location and view. We could enjoy spending the morning sipping coffee watching the aligators swim up and down the waterway from our Lanai. We loved that it was in quiet area of Naples. We also liked the fact that we are minutes away from Marco Island and a short drive to downtown Naples.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy sitting by the pool or taking a drive to enjoy the Marco beaches and the Nature Preserve that is less than 5 minutes away. There is about a mile stretch of sidewalk that runs from where is unit and ends at Rt 951. We love while walking in the morning, admiring the beautiful golf course views of Hammock Bay Golf and Country Club.
