Rent our beautiful farmhouse on 60 acres in the Upper Delaware region of the Catskills. Located 160 miles from NYC. Sleeps up to eight. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths. Private trout pond.

The master bedroom has king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has double bed and shared bath, balcony overlooking meadow. The third bedroom has two twin beds (that can be joined to make a king if you prefer), shared bath, balcony overlooking meadow. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, has a double bed, private bath, with separate entrance and private deck.

The farmhouse has a covered porch and a large deck with patio furniture for outdoor entertaining. Perfect for family get-togethers, couples rendezvous, romantic get-away. Enjoy private, secluded setting with hiking, fishing, bonfires, star gazing. Nearby horseback riding, swimming, boating, auto racing, antiquing. Located between Deposit and Windsor, New York, four miles from Route 17.

  • Twin/Single Bed (2) : Twins can be converted to king size bed using "Create a King" at your request.
  • Convertible Bed: A sectional sofa that can sleep 2 adults is located in the living room.

• Suitability
  • Pet Friendly: Well behaved pets are welcome. They must be attended at all times when in the Farmhouse. There is an outdoor kennel (5'x10', with 6' chain link fence, concrete floor, and medium igloo dog house) that can be used if guest needs to be away from Farmhouse for short period of time and does not want to take pet along. There is also a wire run to attach your lead to so the pet can stay outside on leash. There is an extra charge of $20 per day for your pet.
  • Kid Friendly: Kids love to explore, fish and play yard games at the Farmhouse. No license is required for fishing the pond. Bring your own fishing poles. Adventurous kids splash in the pond.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: All renters must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by parent or guardian.
  • Smoking Allowed: Smoking is allowed outside on the covered porch and deck.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking in the Farmhouse.
