It will be hard to find Lake Michigan beach access as easy as this. There are NO STAIRS just a short sidewalk stroll from the house to the large sandy private beach which is unusual for most of Lake Michigan's private beaches. The associations pool sits at the edge of a small bluff. You can see the light house and harbor entrance which is only a short distance away. The spectacular view makes you feel like you’re at one of the finest resorts in Michigan.
You will have use of the pool house including changing room and restroom, pool lounging deck, and tennis courts.
The home is great for a large family on vacation. It offers 4,500 sq ft. of living space with an open floor plan including 5 bed rooms and 5 full baths. Rebuilt as new in 2007 this modern craftsman style home has new furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
The great room, which is the focal point of this homes design is made to feel warm and inviting through the use of custom wood details and cottage type wood accents that include a tray ceiling with back-lighting and wainscot paneling on all walls. A centrally located entertainment center consists of a fireplace, a 50” wide screen TV, stereo with surround sound and direct TV with premium channels.
The great room has expansive windows and includes access to a large elevated deck.In the winter the gas fireplace provides a cozy cabin feeling. The Great Room flows into the large dining area, which in turn flows into the kitchen and foyer areas. The relaxed feel of this floor plan makes for easy family enjoyment.
The attached deck is fully furnished and can seat 10 comfortably.
The custom kitchen includes modern layout with convenient access to living areas, laundry room and attached garage. Features granite counter tops and breakfast island, under cabinet lighting, tile floors. Appliances are all new and include ice maker and commercial style stove.
The home features two master bedrooms!!!! One master bedroom is on the main level and one on upper level. Both master bedrooms are spacious and each have master baths with whirlpool tubs, walk in showers, large vanities with granite tops, ceramic tiled floors and toilet rooms.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The upper master bedroom has a king size bed, the lower master bedroom a queen , two other bedrooms also have queen size beds. One bedroom has a day bed with two single beds.
The entrance to this beach community is gated providing for privacy and security.

My family loved our short stay at this lovely and tastefully decorated home. It was perfectly equipped with everything you could want or need for a weekend or summer long "get-away" for a large family. The beach was easily accessible and within walking distance from the house. The owner answered all our questions in a timely way, provided information about the area and the security deposit was refunded within three days of our check-out. I highly recommend this property and found it to be a great deal when compared to similar properties offering much less for much more.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your lovely house. It is the one home we rented from the VRBO website that REALLY delivered what the ad said. In fact, it was even better than we expected. There was nothing that you did not provide to make our week special. The kitchen was the nicest of all the homes we have rented over the last four summers. The pool was beautiful and the view of the lake from there was gorgeous. We walked down to the beach every night to watch the sunset. My grandchildren loved the tennis court even though none of them could really play tennis. We even enjoyed just walking around the neighborhood looking at all the other beautiful homes. This was the perfect house to bring a large family to for a wonderful vacation.
