This is the PERFECT Beach House! Palm Cove is a very nice, well maintained subdivision and we felt like we were at home - the house is beautifully decorated and definitely gives you the feeling of being "at the beach" --- the owners were very nice and the home was very clean when we arrived. The pools were nice and not overly crowded and the location was great. Although the beach is within walking distance, we chose to drive our vehicle to the pier and use the public beach access there (which was very nice because the area beneath the pier provides shade for younger children and it took less than a minute to get there) It is a very short walk to Shipwreck Island Waterpark and a few restaurants (Bonefish, Another Broken Egg & Sonic) plus with the entrance on Middle Beach Road, we never had to wait in traffic... Less than a 5 minute drive to just about anything on the beach and only a 10 minute drive to Boondocks Restaurant (which is a must for every beach trip from now on) - its worth the wait!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We absolutely loved this house. The location is perfect right in the middle of the Panama City Beach area. It’s walking distance to the beach, and both Pier Park & Thomas Dr. are just a few minutes drive away. Palm Cove is a gated community that is quiet and safe. There is also a pool, although we never used it because the beach was so close! The house itself is like new. It’s clean and provides everything you need (from silverware to soap). The decorations give the whole place a fun, tropical, “day at the beach” feel. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were a group of seven and there was more than enough beds and space to accommodate us all. We highly recommend this property. Whether you’re a family with children or a big group of old friends, it’s perfect for everyone. The house is clean, lovely, in a great location, and is guaranteed to ensure you have a fun & relaxing time while in PCB.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
