Location! location! location! Premium ground floor - end unit - Building 2 - Inner Circle!! You will not be disappointed with the bright and open floor plan of our condominium and its location nestled within the lush tropical gardens of Kamaole Sands Resort. Recently remodeled, our condominium has two large bedrooms, two full baths, a private ground level lanai, fully equipped kitchen, and large living room. Our unit is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family of 4!!
Our 1036 square foot condominium is a ground floor end unit surrounded by tropical gardens that invite relaxation in a lush, private environment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and both bathrooms have been completely redone in tile and granite. The master bedroom has all new furniture with a King bed(June 2011) while the second bedroom has two new XL twin beds(June 2011) that if needed can be made into a king. In the laundry area you will find a washer and dryer with an initial supply of laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. There is a new 46" flat screen T.V.and blue ray DVD in the living room as well as a new 32" wall mounted flat screen TV (with cable) in the master bedroom. There is also a TV in the 2nd bedroom with a DVD, but it does not have cable access. We have purchased new furniture for the living room (June 2011) but the sofa in the living room does NOT make into a sofa bed. Our home is designed for the comfort of a maximum 4 guests. We have a new powerful private WiFi Router for Internet access right in the unit for your use at no charge. There is resort WiFI available for all guests at the pool and the office area. We have a private phone line in the condo(not linked to the front desk) for your use for free local calls.
From our condominium, you step out to the lush tropical gardens and green expansive lawns of Kamaole Sands Resort. As our guests, you have full use and access to the pool deck and swimming pool, with separate children's pool, two Jacuzzis, lounge chairs, and tables with umbrellas.
The fitness room and open-air recreation room, equipped with a ping-pong table, board games, and lending library is located at the pool deck for guest use during regular pool hours. Eight barbecue areas located within the gardens come equipped with self-starting gas grills, picnic tables, and plenty of seating. There are 4 beautiful world class tennis courts on site that were just completely refinished and are open daily from dawn to dusk for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests.
Just a few short steps through the beautiful gardens you will be at the "BEST" rated boogie board beach on Maui as featured in Sunset Magazine, California's highly regarded home and garden magazine. "Kam Three Beach" is a fantastic beach for swimming of all ages and abilities, boogie boarding, snorkeling, sunbathing, whale watching, tide pool exploration, and spectacular sunsets. Kamaole III park opens onto the beach from its shady bluff for easy access to the sand and ocean. The beach has a lifeguard station staffed daily with certified lifeguards and the park has an outdoor shower for rinsing off salt water, sandy feet, sand toys, and boogie boards while you are at the beach.
World famous Shops, Restaurants and 24-hour stores are all within walking distance.

We were thrilled to be able to obtain a very rare ground floor 2 bedroom unit in one of the most desirable buildings (Building 2) in in the inner circle at Kamaole Sands. Kam Sands has all the amenties you would want in a vacation resort - from the pool/hot tub area, first class BBQ facilities, very child friendly, 4 completely refinished private tennis courts, etc. Aside from all these wonderful facilities - you are steps away from a world class swimming beach!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Maui is magical and there are so many wonderful benefits of staying in sunny Kihei. The very best part is to be steps away from a generally safe swimming/snorkeling beach...(big surf is rare but it does happen and that's when you see wind & kite surfers on the south shore!). The three Kamaole Beaches all have highly trained ocean safety officers in lifeguard towers. Whales, turtles, dolphins, rays...so many sea creatures to view right from the beach during various seasons. If you are a "walker", you can go for miles in either direction up or down the beach...past all the Wailea resorts or just on miles of sand!!!! If you just want to chill - our complex has terrific private facilities all available for your use - pool area, hot tubs, tennis courts - whatever you want!!
Small boat harbor where a lot of fishing boats, dive boats, and private boats launch.
Shopping center also includes Hilo Hatties, Block Buster, quick bite restaurants like Maui Taco, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, etc.
Trail hand built by volunteers. Great walking path between Kamaole III and Keawakapu. Trail runs by the boat ramp and on toward the green lawn by the Surfside Resort You can continue walking for miles past all the Wailea resorts!!

On arrival, the condo was clean and inviting. Everything is well maintained. There is everything that a family or couple might need during your stay. The photos and descriptions of the condo and resort were extremely accurate. The resort has excellent amenities and is also well maintained and well supervised by staff. The concierge was helpful, informative and provided excellent advice on which activities to consider. The reservations made by the concierge were spot on and meant that there were no problems or hick-ups when we arrived at our activities. There were absolutely no problems dealing with the owners regarding either the reservations and payment. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Just spent two weeks in this unit as a family of four. Having the ground floor access was convenient as we could keep an eye on the girls from the lanai as they played outside. The property is well located with lots of greenspace and across the street from a great beach. Everything was as advertised. Beds were comfy and the new electronics were great. The place was clean and well maintained. Close to the pool as well. Brian and Karen are very good to deal with and their pride of ownership is well evident. I have no problem recommending the unit to friends and family. Our favorite activities: Maui Ocean Center, Maui Zipline and Atlantis submarine. Our favorite restaurants: Three Bars and Grill, Pita Paradise and Maui Tacos. Our favorite beach: Big Beach. Mahola Brian and Karen!

We recently stayed 16 nights in this very clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped condo. The ground floor unit is conveniently located near parking, the pool, BBQs, and the beach. The photos and description of the property are accurate. The owners have paid attention to detail and taken extra steps to ensure that their guests have everything to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We prefer the South Kihei area to other parts of Maui. We like the easy access to good beaches, plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We were the second guests to rent this condo from the new owners. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands four times and love the location and the property in general. This is by far the nicest unit that we have stayed in. This is a corner unit and is close to the pool. We can’t say enough about the owners, they have bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and we are looking forward to going back in 2012 and seeing all the changes that have been made!

We are the first guests here since the new owner. They had a big screen TV and wireless internet installed a few days after our arrival. They have bent over backwards to make sure we had a great stay. We are already booked here again for next year. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone, it is so nice to be on the ground floor.

We have just returned from a two week stay in Maui. It was a great family experience! We were very pleased with the condo. Being on the main floor and a corner unit, it was very easily accessible from the pool, the ocean and the parking lot. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance. The unit was well maintained and equipped with beach chairs and 2 boogie boards. The owners were very helpful in answering all our questions and helping us to make arrangements. i would certainly recommend this property to any visitors to Maui! Kehei is a great location for travel to several beaches at the south end of the island. We enjoyed walking the beach and snorkelling. There are lots of beautiful fish, turtles and the odd reef shark. Always exciting to swim! Diving is great. We used the Maui Dive shop and they provided first rate equipment and knowledgable staff. All in all, a tremendous vacation!!
