"Country Place" is an architecturally designed home having two floors with 2550 feet of open living space, a large gathering area with a massive stone fireplace and large flat screen satellite television, a highly attractive gourmet kitchen, three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a beautiful office area facing the Blue Ridge Mountains, a media room with a full size sofa bed at the front of the house, and substantial indoor garaging for two cars. There are granite countertops as well as substantial crown moldings, hardwood oak flooring and fluted door moldings throughout.
"Country Place" is within a 50 minute drive of ten state or national park areas, over 250 waterfalls and more than a hundred hiking trails. The radius of access contains the top trout streams in the Southeast, year round competitive mountain biking, and sixty golf courses. The Blue Ridge Parkway is famed for its scenic drive and unsurpassed fall colors. It and the tributary mountain roads are a national Mecca for bikers and motorcyclists.
Country Place is the best place to stay near either Furman University or North Greenville University.

Ray and Pat Laub have lived in Greenville County South Carolina since 2001 after retiring to Cliffs Valley from Wisconsin.
We very much enjoy sharing our lives with the wonderful people who come to stay with us at our exquisitely furnished home in Country Place.
