Florida Miracles/Orangetree Vacations is a five bedroom, four bath, fully air conditioned luxury home. Close to all the attractions at Disney World, Universal Studios and other major attractions. It is easy to find just off Highway 27 North, about two and a half miles north of Highway 192 West. All the major supermarket chains are within five minutes, as are numerous shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and gas stations. New Library 2 miles away, so you can check all of your e-mails
Covered entrance porch with security and access lights and glazed front door that has a double lock and gives access into the hall. The great room has a vaulted ceiling and three large skylights and ceiling fan, which makes this room light and airy.
The room measures 32 feet by 15 feet and have a formal Dining Table with six chairs and a lounge area with a three seater queen-size sleeper sofa, a two seater sofa and an armchair. There is also a coffee table, cable 32 inch TV with remote control and also a DVD/VHS player and a selection of over 60 VHS and DVD's, Playstation 2, so bring your favorite games to play. Standard and table lamps. There are ceiling fans in the Great room and Master bedrooms.
The kitchen is open-plan with high ceilings make this room very comfortable it has a breakfast bar along with every modern convenience with full oven, double sink unit with garbage disposal, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, electric can opener, cutlery, toaster oven and CD player. Also there is a breakfast nook that has a table with four chairs, provides a perfect and convenient small eating area. Bar area with stools.

The master bedroom has a luxury King-sized bed and a huge walk-in closet and bathroom. A 20inch T.V. with a VCR/DVD player and ceiling fan. The suite has a separate large shower cubicle and also features a garden tub, his and her sinks in a well-lit vanity unit. Blow dryer is provided. You have your own private access to the Lanai/Pool area via a glazed French door. There is also a clock radio should you need to get up early to make the most of your visit to the attractions!
The other master bedroom has a luxury queen-sized bed (five feet wide) and it also has a 20 inch. T.V. and ceiling fan. This bedroom has a walk-in closet and bathroom, comprising washbasin and vanity unit also with blow dryer, a shower in the bath. This room also has a clock radio. You have your own private access to the pool area via a glazed French door.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and 27 inch TV. This bedroom has a walk-in closet and is immediately next door to a fully equipped bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each has two single beds, and alarm clocks. There is a bathroom located between Bedrooms four and five, this is a fully equipped bathroom. Both include blow dryers. Both bedrooms have a 13inch T.V.
The laundry room has a large washing machine and dryer with ironing board and steam iron. The house also has a two car garage. The patio/pool are is fully screened and south facing to capture the maximum hours of sun, it is private with a 29 foot heated pool with spa (not a hot tub). There are no other homes behind ours, so you have a little bit more privacy.
The pool has steps into it, with a handrail for safety and under-water lights illuminate the pool for evening swimming. A child safety-fence surrounds the pool for your peace of mind. The paved pool decking is specially designed to keep cool even in direct sunlight. Recentlly installed Florida Glass on both sides of the pool area, making it private to the prying eyes of the neigbors.
There is a covered 16 foot by 12 foot Lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Sun loungers, chairs and table are of course provided. There is a gas grill for your family cookouts. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any stray leaves and insects. The pool and spa (not a hot tub) can be heated at $25.00 a day or $150.00 for the week. |
