The city amenities are all within a few minutes walk; including gym, drycleaners, groceries, beer & liquor stores. Easy access to public transit will take you to the rest of your Toronto destinations.

THE PROPERTY:
Newly-renovated, fully equipped (including linens), air conditioned, and with its own entrance. Also included are laundry facilities, cable tv, wireless internet (WIFI), and iPod/iPhone speakers. Off-street parking can usually be made available, on request.

The walk-out backyard entrance brings in lots of natural light to the open living, kitchen and dining area. The newly-renovated kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, cook top and microwave/convection oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with a modern finish.

  • Spent 4 wonderful days 9/3-9/6 in Toronto accented by this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed and within walking distance to the Italian Festival in Little Italy. As much as we enjoyed the city, nothing could top walking through the iron gates to our own private and quiet garden away from it all. Can't say enough about the stay and our wonderful hosts, Jen, Dave and "puppy" Phil. Will definitely return next year!

  • Stayed at this wonderful property recently. Looks exactly as pics--clean, quiet, convenient--so much better than a hotel. Loved Phil, the dog; the tranquil backyard, the neighbourhood! Thanks Dave and Jen for the great stay! We really can't say enough.

  • Pictures were true! Absolutely wonderful place. Modern decor, perfect getaway, trendy neighborhood. Management was beyond nice and extremely flexible. Would love to rent from them again and again.
