My husband and I stayed here for a week in Oct and found it to be an excellent apartment in a great neighbourhood. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance to suit any taste (Little Italy/China Town) but don't worry - the apartment is very quiet. The apartment was very well presented with everything you need to feel at home - I would highly recommend a stay here to get the feel for life in Toronto. We had a car during our stay but there is great public transport in the area so if you are intending to keep within GTA a car is not needed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Just back from another stay at this fabulous apartment. It really is such a luxurious place to stay and Dave and Jen could not be more helpful and friendly. Everything that you need is here and with accommodation in such a convenient area with easy access to the city centre but with the wide range of amenities in the immediate area there is no need to go that far. A lovely place of your own to come back to at the end of a busy day.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Modern decor, convenience and a good location make pied a terre a real home from home. We stayed for two weeks in September 2010 and had a fantastic time exploring Toronto. The apartment also has access to a lovely garden. Dave and Jen were good hosts and made us feel very welcome, without being overbearing. Little Italy had great food shops, cafe's and resturants. There were also Shopping Malls nearby (No-Frills was great) if you are going self catering. Public transportation was easily accessible (buses and trams, linking to the subway network). The local people are friendly, helpful and cheerful. We would love to go back.

Spent 4 wonderful days 9/3-9/6 in Toronto accented by this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed and within walking distance to the Italian Festival in Little Italy. As much as we enjoyed the city, nothing could top walking through the iron gates to our own private and quiet garden away from it all. Can't say enough about the stay and our wonderful hosts, Jen, Dave and "puppy" Phil. Will definitely return next year!

Stayed at this wonderful property recently. Looks exactly as pics--clean, quiet, convenient--so much better than a hotel. Loved Phil, the dog; the tranquil backyard, the neighbourhood! Thanks Dave and Jen for the great stay! We really can't say enough.

Pictures were true! Absolutely wonderful place. Modern decor, perfect getaway, trendy neighborhood. Management was beyond nice and extremely flexible. Would love to rent from them again and again.
