  • WOw, what a spectacular spot! One of the few places in the world still left to enjoy a mile long white sandy beach with no garbage all to yourself! Worth the long journey from India! The condo is moderd, spacious and very luxurious. We look forward to coming back some day again.

  • We stayed in this Villa on our first trip to Nicaragua in March 2009. The townhome is new and very spacious. The large glass doors in the living area and the master bedroom open wide to let in the cool breeze off the ocean. The property is right on a beautiful, quiet and secluded beach. We didn't see more than a handful of people on the beach at any time. I can't begin to describe the spectacular sunsets we experienced on Coco beach. The pool was not yet finished when we stayed, but will be a great addition to the property. The property is about 30 minutes from the nearest town of San Juan del Sur. There is a small market and a restaurant just up the road from the villa - you could walk to the retaurant on the beach. We found the beachfront restaurant to have great service and good food at very reasonable prices. Playa Coco is a perfect place for a quiet, relaxing get away. We would stay here again.
