Our log cabin vacation rental is located outside of Soldotna near Sterling Alaska, on the Kenai Peninsula. The rental is secluded on ten acres of woodland that provides an ideal home base when visiting the towns of Seward, Homer and Kenai.

Soldotna, noted for world class King Salmon fishing, is within ten miles.

The rental is centrally located by Alaska State Parks and some of the best salmon fishing in Alaska.

Stayed July 1-8, 2010. Very nice, clean, basic, private cabin at a very reasonable price. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but who really need it....you're in Alaska! The things you really need are there: clean beddings, towels, shower, kitchen, bbq grill, heater, and a good size refrigerator and freezer outside. David and his wife were very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there the next time we visit Alaska. Keep up the good work. Thanks for a great experience in Alaska.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Very nice cabin and the extras like being able to have a cup of coffee or reheat things was great What didn't you like about staying here? -Nothing Additional suggestions? David you did a wonderful job keeping us in linens. You do a great job as being a good host. The pamphlets yous sent us about the area helped us alot. If you ever need a reference for anyone feel free to use us.
