With 2 bedrooms & 2 baths upstairs, and a downstairs office/yoga studio with kitchenette, 2nd laundry room and full bath, it is perfect for those of you that like to travel with your pet or be on a "working vacation". If you can't bear to be "unplugged" from the outside world, Rockin' Robin's features Wi-Fi DSL and wireless printing, with a Fax/Scanner/Printer, office supplies, and a beautiful garden view with tropical cabbage palms, gumbo limbos, palm and seagrape trees.
Come and enjoy the warm sun, gentle breezes, surf sounds, super shelling, swimming, tennis, picnic area and 26 miles of bike paths!All of this is available from our spacious, two bedroom, three bath home at the charming and quiet Coquina Beach access on Nerita Street. Take a shelling walk on the beach, venture over to the Ding Darling Preserve for canoeing, kayaking, or bicycling. Wrap up the day with a sunset walk along the beach and a bbq dinner outside on the screened lanai.
The upstairs features 900 square feet of living space, an updated kitchen with Frigidaire appliances, including microwave, freestanding ice maker, disposal, and dishwasher. All necessary items for cooking are provided. It is fully equipped for indoor dining and outdoor eating. With Pergo floors and ceramic tile throughout, the house is easy to keep clean, especially if you've got your pet with you. A Shark Handheld Vacuum, Swiffer, Swiffer Wet Jet and broom are provided for you, along with linens, china/glass/silver/pots/pans, beach towels, beach chairs, 2 bicycles and a cooler on wheels.
The living room features Mackenzie-Childs carpets, decorative plates and tiles and lamps, custom Thomasville sofa, a 37" flat panel wall-mounted LCD tv with dvd player, and terrific views of our front garden (you can watch dogs walkers on the sidewalk every day!)
The master bedroom is a vibrant yellow with whitewash Henry Link wicker furniture. It has a Queen bed with a tropical duvet cover, down pillows, tropical artwork, tv/dvd, cd stereo, and its own private bath with shower.
The guest bedroom is a soft Robin's egg blue and has 2 twin beds with custom made seashell fabric headboards, boxpleat bedspreads, handpainted seashell-motif furniture by artist "jenny" and a wall mounted tv. The guest bath is painted a bright Tequila Sunrise and features a jacuzzi tub and tropical prints.
Our downstairs is painted Summer Green and also has bamboo wall treatments. It features Pergo floors, french doors, a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, a stack washer/dryer and private bath with shower. It's a great place to do yoga, or utilize as a home office. It features a custom sisal rug with Thomasville fabrics that coordinate with a maple sitting chair/ottoman, 2 side chairs and a dinette set for 4.
We have an wonderful outdoor private shower (with a handheld shower head) that is perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach, or to wash your pet without them scooting away!
