Enjoy STUNNING VIEWS of the OCEAN and MILES OF BEACH from your PRIVATE BALCONY (No other condos or balconies looking in at you like many other Sunbird units have!). Enjoy your morning coffee with a MAGNIFICIENT SUNRISE, watch and listen to the surf! Look carefully and you may even see some DOLPHINS swim by!! Look down, you also have a direct view of the East Pool!
If you enjoy the POOL, the BEACH, a swim in the OCEAN, or maybe you would like to try something more adventurous, then just step outside ... with the new Sunbird Beach Service you can rent LOUNGE CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS, BOOGIE BOARDS, FLOATS, do some PARASAILING, ride a WAVE RUNNER, schedule a PONTOON BOAT or KAYAK rental, or even schedule a DOLPHIN ENCOUNTER...we've got it all here for you! I've even got a couple extra beach chairs you can take outside. If you like to GOLF, there are at least 7 public golf courses in the area, with Signal Hill Course Course about 2 blocks away! If FISHING is your passion, then cast your line at the Pier, or St. Andrews Park or right outside in the surf!

This comfortable and tastefully decorated 10th Floor condo in the gated Sunbird Condominium complex is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! It is owned and maintained by me, so you are assured of personal attention and assistance when renting my unit. **It's Mom Approved!**
The condo is fully furnished and nicely stocked for your enjoyment. It features beautiful 16" ceramic tile floor (great for easy cleanup!), convenient keyless door entry (no worry about losing keys in the sand or the kids getting back in!), flat screen TV, DVD & VCR, Sofa with full size sleeper (plenty of linens, blankets, and memory foam topper as well!), fluffy towels, washcloths, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and a kitchen with all full-size appliances that is fully equipped - including coffee pot, microwave, blender, toaster, pots, pans and silverware. Just stock up your favorite food and beverages from Wal-Mart which is located right around the corner!
If you don't feel like cooking in, or driving anywhere, then just walk right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant for lunch or dinner, or sit outside on pier or check out their beach bar for drinks and watch the sun set! Be sure to buy a tee-shirt from their gift shop too!

Why the Owner Chose Sunbird
I chose my Sunbird condo primarily because of the fabulous private ocean and beach view from the balcony and the great location of the complex. It is situated right on the beach...no crossing streets, no other buildings blocking my view! Plus it is on the prestigious Thomas Drive, which is only a block off the main street in PCB (Front Beach Road), so we don't have the busy street noise and traffic congestion, and yet its still super close to all the attractions, restaurants, stores, etc.

While staying at my condo, you will enjoy the personal attention that I will give you...right from the first communication, giving you all the information you need, and I am there if you need me during your stay. The best benefit, however, is being right on the beach and ocean, the fabulous view from your own private balcony, and having all the comforts of home!!
Walk right next door and enjoy lunch and dinner out, or have a drink out on their tiki bar!
Location convenience! A block away to pick up groceries and other necessities without spending all day doing errands!
A hit with the kids! A museum and "odditorium" all inside a giant replica of the Titanic Ship, sitting right there at the main intersection!

Believe it or not, I actually sold off almost all of my vintage Barbie doll collection to help purchase this condo...trading hobbies! I decided I was done playing with dolls, and wanted a place of my own that I could go relax and enjoy the fabulous sunshine, beach and ocean!!!

Hello Terrie; We just got home and I wanted to let you know everything went very well. We loved our time in your condo. We had beautiful weather, beautiful sunsets each night and this morning a beautiful sunrise. Enjoyed watching the dolphins each morning. One of the highlights was the man in the house next door to the condo. He went para-sailing two or three days while we were there, this was great to watch, expecially knowing he has to be above 70 years of age. We will keep you in mind if we plan another beach vacation. Terrie, good morning! Well this is our first day back home, I'm not liking it much, I miss the sound of the ocean and walking on the beach. Life should be a vacation, don't you think? Well anyway, just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for everything. Your condo was exactly how you described and pictured. We had an amazing time and it was such a pleasure to get to "know you" and work with such an honest person. I can't wait to plan our trip for next year, although I would definitely like to plan it when the spring break kids aren't there. Your neighbor is pretty amazing, we watched him every day, one day it was so windy he really took to the air. Our last day there they closed to swimming because the rip tides were so bad. Terrie -- We are back home and are ALMOST unpacked. We have fond memories of 2 pleasant months in 1003E at the Sunbird. Your/our unit was very comfortable, very nicely furnished, and very well appointed. We think we could have sat on that balcony on a sunny day, watching the beach and the waves -- FOREVER! If you ever need a reference regarding the unit, just give us a holler. The unit was everything we expected it to be -- and more! Terrie, The condo was great. Nice, neat and decorated adorably. We had a wonderful and relaxing time (a much needed getaway). We really appreciated the security of all the gates being kept locked. Thank u so much for the use of your condo... it was awesome and it looked just like the pictures on your site. The condo was in an even better location then we thought it was going to be, so that was an added bonus to the much needed getaway for me and my husband. It was an eight hour drive for us and was well worth it. In fact on the last day we were a lillte upset that we did not book it for longer!!! There were so many things to do we could not even fit them all in. It is a great condo with a great view. Thank you once again for sharing it with us.

Hi Terrie! Just wanted to let you know that we had such a great week. We loved your condo and the area it was in. It was perfect with no hotels or condos immediately next to it, so the beach was not crowded at all where we were. It was very obvious the care you put into your place, and making sure we have everything we need to be comfortable. I was very impressed. You never know what you're going to get with these things, and from the first time we communicated I felt very confident in what you had. I will definitely keep your card for future use.
