Spacious, luxurious 5 Bedroom Townhome (3 years old) with 8 beds in the private, gated community of The Preserve at Summer Beach. Fully furnished large kitchen with granite countertops highlight this family-friendly home. HOME IS APPROX. A TWO MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH, FIVE MINUTES TO BEACH CLUB AND APPROX. THREE MINUTES TO THE RITZ CARLTON.
Home is stocked with all necessary items such as seasonings (salt, pepper, etc), washing supplies, and many more. All we ask is that if you use it up, please replace it for next renters. No need to rush to the grocery store when you first arrive!
Two separate areas - den and living room with Cable TV provides two rooms to watch TV and enjoy family and friends. Den has large screen TV. Plenty of seating areas for dining or playing games is an added bonus. Large, beautiful community pool is a block away and the Ritz is a short 15 minute walk.

Owner is a member of Golf Club of Amelia Island, Amenity cards are available to guests for $40.00 for 5 nights or longer and $30.00 for under 5 nights; this provides guests access to the Golf course adjacent to the Ritz Carlton. Dining is available at the Golf Club and the Ritz Carlton.
The home is part of Summer Beach, which has its own Beach Club. 5 minute drive from Home.) The Beach Club and Snack Bar is centrally located in Summer Beach Village overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.Beach Club Snack bar will be open the week of March 23rd for Spring Break and Snack Bar will open full time on Memorial Day weekend. Beach Club is always open, but snack bar will not open fully until Memorial Day.
Also available are two lighted tennis courts. Other amenities include, but are not limited to Umbrella & Chair rentals, Bicycle rentals, Island tours, Horseback riding, Nature tours, Deep-sea fishing, Kayaking, Therapeutic massages and Babysitting services

This is the 3rd year we have rented this house for a long GA/FLA weekend. There were 4 couples along with a couple of single adult children, and this home accomodates everyone! We have entertained there on several locations with plenty of room for everyone! Everything about his house and the home owenr are first class! Cathy is wonderful to work with and wants your visit to be a relaxing experience! I highly recommend this property!

My sister got married at the Ritz Hotel in Amelia and I needed a place for my family of 9 to stay. With 7 kids, trying to find a nice place with enough room is tough. We all had a great time and loved this property. My brother and his wife and daughter stayed with us too! It is close to the beach, the grocery store and right across the main road from the Ritz. The neighborhood has a wonderful pool and a great area to run. The house has so many ammenities, there were beach chairs, floats, boards and towels available. It is a fabulous house for entertaining. We had about 30 people over for dinner the night after the wedding for a cookout. The back porch is very comfortable and nice for relaxing. We can't wait to go back, hopefully next year. The property manager is extremely good to work with and very helpful with information about the area.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded all of our expectations. We were at Amelia Island to get married and had a difficult time finding a house that would accomodate our family and the dates we needed. The owner was flexible, friendly, and extremely helpful with the whole process. The owner went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. One of our family members was sick and she extended our check out time to meet our needs. The home has every possible ammenity you could think of for a home. We were able to cook dinner for 35 of our family and friends and had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and serving everyone. The neighborhood pool was a favorite gathering place for our family and children. The home was immaculate and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We are hoping to come back for our five year anniversary and stay here!

You and your family are in for a treat when you stay at this special property! We could not have made a better choice for friends and family to stay here when we were at Amelia Island to celebrate my son's wedding in December 2009'. You will not find a more helpful owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to answer any questions while there..the property is spacious, and you will feel right at home in this great accomodation. We would not think twice about returning and staying here again!! Warwick,NY
