Home is stocked with all necessary items such as seasonings (salt, pepper, etc), washing supplies, and many more. All we ask is that if you use it up, please replace it for next renters. No need to rush to the grocery store when you first arrive!
Two separate areas - den and living room with Cable TV provides two rooms to watch TV and enjoy family and friends. Den has large screen TV with HD. Plenty of seating areas for dining or playing games is an added bonus. Large, beautiful community pool is a block away and the Ritz is a short 15 minute walk.

Owner is a member of Golf Club of Amelia Island, which provides guests with access to the Golf course adjacent to the Ritz Carlton. Dining is available at the Golf Club and the Ritz.
The home is part of Summer Beach, which has its own Beach Club. Guests get full use of the Beach Club (only 7 minute drive from Home.) The Beach Club and Snack Bar is centrally located in Summer Beach Village overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.Beach Club Snack bar will be open the week of March 23rd for Spring Break and Snack Bar will open full time on Memorial Day weekend. Beach Club is always open, but snack bar will not open fully until Memorial Day.
Also available are two lighted tennis courts. Other amenities include, but are not limited to Umbrella & Chair rentals, Jet-ski rentals, Bicycle rentals, Island tours, Horseback riding, Nature tours, Deep-sea fishing, Kayaking, Therapeutic massages and Babysitting services

Bedroom 2 - Two (2) twin beds with full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - The 2nd master downstairs has Queen bed, large closet and it's own full bathroom.
Bedroom 4 - King bed in upstairs bedroom.
Bedroom 5 - This large bedroom has three (3) queen beds....GREAT for kids. Includes TV set for playing games.
Full connecting bathroom upstairs with oversized shower.
