OUR MEMBERSHIP ALLOWS you to play for only $50 at Waikoloa King's Golf Course and $75 at Waikoloa Beach Course, Non-members pay $130 to $195. Our Villa has the most beautiful, totally unobstructed views within our gated community. Our spacious and open entry way, kitchen, dining room and living room with 18 foot ceiling provide breathtaking views. From unforgettable sunrises to sunsets to star gazing, our lanai is a place to relax, unwind and feel at home. And, you can see every variety of golf swing go by--maybe the next Tiger Woods! A wide-open lawn area off our lanai is ideal for kids and adults to enjoy. The palm trees, landscaping and flowers create a beautiful Hawaiian backdrop. The lanai is a great place to eat or enjoy a cocktail while being entertained by the Geckos!
Our Villa is tastefully furnished with Hawaiian tropical decor throughout. The gourmet kitchen, featuring granite counters and GE appliances, has everything you need to create a wonderful meal and feel right at home. The dining room has a spacious glass table that comfortably seats eight. The living room and each bedroom has a TV with DVD player so everyone has a choice of viewing.
The upstairs master suite features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub as well as a spacious closet. There is a King bed, armoire with TV & DVD, and a private lanai overlooking the beautiful golf course, with views Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai Mountain. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with views from the double windows toward Mauna Lani and the Kohala Mountains. The third bedroom has Twin beds with views from the double windows of the 15th hole, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai Mountain.
COMPARE AND SAVE!!. Our two-story villa provides excellent privacy with no one above or below and very little common wall. It feels more like a stand-alone home than a condominium. To save you valuable time and money, for your convenience we also provide BOOGIE BOARDS, SNORKEL GEAR,TENNIS RACQUETS, BEACH MATS,COOLERS and other items to take to the beach. If you need to stay in touch while in paradise, we provide FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET BROADBAND service with WiFi.
The WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a private gated community located on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. For your enjoyment there are two swimming pools, hot tub, gas barbeques, air conditioned fitness center and a tennis court.
