For 2009, all new living room furniture, new bunk beds, new bedding, kitchen flatware, 42 inch flatscreen TV with virtual surround sound, new DVD player and DVDs, some new deck furniture, new lamps, and new spa-like showerheads! The Beachview is under new ownership for 2009 and we want to have a great year! Most weekends the owner will be on-premises. We are friendly and want you to have a wonderful vacation!
The location is great. You can smell the popcorn cooking on the boardwalk and hear the waves crashing from your living room (no kidding)!
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining room, two entrances, three very large bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, free high speed internet, and tons of space for everyone. The expanded cable and about 15-20 DVDs in your rental for your free use is great after a long day at the beach! Great Hi Definition movies on your own 42 inch flat screen TV. Huge,covered deck with ocean views awaits you. The best location for people watching!
Grab an ice tea, a book and relax on the fully furnished deck with seating for the whole crew. Great for a family gathering, a work retreat, or a reunion. Check in and check out is Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent for less than a week unless after September 10. Professionally cleaned between tenants at no additional fee. Why the Owner Chose Ocean City
I purchased this rental in Ocean City because the former owner could no longer handle the property due to health reasons. Being in Ocean City for an entire summer was an opportuninty that I could not pass up. I spent over $72,000 in renovations for the property this year so far to make it much better than in years past. This is THE prime location in Ocean City if you are looking to park your car and not move it all week. It is within walking distance to everything, yet quiet enough for relaxation.

The property is great. Known as The Beachview, it is so close to the boardwalk and the ocean that you can be there in a minute. It is perfect for someone who wants to lounge on the extensive deck or be at the ocean in one minute. It is great to be in the safest shoretown and one of the best properties on the island.

As a professional, I love to come to Ocean City to relax. Origonally from Pittsburgh, I have travelled extensively and want to enjoy the summers near the ocean. I live in Philadelphia, about an hours ride from the rental. I enjoy kids, dogs, exercise and people who are accomplished and excited about living.
