This was the 4th rental week for us. Your cleaning crew is is superior!!! Love the location. The porch is wonderful!. Very, very comfortable place. Plan to return in 2013!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We actually rented your first floor unit without seeing it first, only viewing the photos. It was better than expected! Loved the space, decor, location. I would recommend this location to everyone! We appreciated the 2 parking spaces although parking off-season isn't as big a deal as in-season. Dr Ken was great. It was so nice to be greeted by the owner! The location to the boardwalk is wonderful. The Beachview apartments list sleeping for more persons than can be seated for a meal. If eight can sleep, there should be at least eight chairs for dining, wiith perhaps at least two more in case the pull out couches are being used or there are guests for a meal. Suggestion: since bath mats are not provided, those should be listed on the "reminders to bring" list. That makes for greater safety and less mess. Accessibility to beach and boardwalk is outstanding.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We've been staying here for the past 25 years, and have experienced multiple upgrades to the property over the years. What has kept us coming back? Location and value. Though it's an old building, it now has central air, a great kitchen (well equipped), good sized and furnished bedrooms and living room and a comfortable front porch - and is well maintained (CLEAN!). The owner is very responsive to questions; we've had no concerns that required owner intervention. (All units are nonsmoking. I wish there were some way to extend that to the front porches, cos if you've got someone in the next door unit who spends all day on the porch smoking....just hope the wind blows away from you.) The location is great, especially if you have children 18 and under. A half block walk to the beach and boardwalk (6 beach tags have been included in the rental - wonderful). Since our family consists of only 4, and the kids are older now (27 & 22), we wondered if we should find a smaller, less expensive rental. We found that we could get a smaller place, in a less desireable location, for the same money; so we've stayed here. Usually the kids have a few friends come for a couple days here and there, sometimes my sister from Vt comes with her daughter for 4 or 5 days (last year her whole family came for a week) - there's room for the visitors. There's plenty to do in OC: for kids - beach, minigolf, boardwalk; for adults - shopping, minigolf, nature walks. If you want to get off the beach for a day, go to the Cape May County Zoo - a very good zoo and FREE (donations accepted). Cape May itself is interesting; make sure you pick a good day and go to Sunset Beach at sunset (get there at least 30 minutes before sunset or you'll have a long walk to the beach). The sunset over the Delaware Bay is beyond spectaular. Eat at Ike's Famous Crabcakes, Spadafora's, Manco & Manco Pizza, Busch's Seafood (Sea Isle City). Not living in NJ or PA, we've also done day trips to Philly (about 1:10 away), and gotten to explore things that we otherwise wouldn't have ever gotten around to doing.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating! The condo was spacious. We especially enjoyed the porch with the modern, comfortable furniture. The pictures do not do the property justice! We stayed in the #1 unit on the first floor. This condo is close to the boardwalk and the beach. The place is nicely furnished and clean . The owner was easy and nice to deal with. We would stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Thank you for a lovely week at your rental last week. Everything was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of space for five adults and one happy dog. I personally spent a good deal of time on the front porch reading book after book in the morning sunshine and the new patio furniture made a great place to nap in the afternoon ;-) The beach and boardwalk was a short walk away and it was nice to have beach tags waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen had every amenity imaginable except for dish towels but we made out just fine. The doggy clean up bags were a nice bonus too! All in all, we had one of the most relaxing vacations yet and I highly recommend staying here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

We loved the condo,since not everyone showed up I feel that next time we need to use the First or second floor condo.Those steps were killer. lol. We enjoyed the view as well. We've already mentioned it to our friends,so hopefully they'll be in touch with you. Other notes: inform people of the thickness of the bedding and in the pictures it showed the middle room with a full bed and one set of bunks,(unit 5) had 2 sets of bunks,kitchen didn't have potholders nor dish towels,oh and one minor thing I went out onto the deck and the metal bar for door locked me out,that was my Duh moment,from then on we placed it down ward. My kids got a kick out of it when I had to call them back from the beach to let me in.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

The pictures and description were very accurate. This was our first time to Ocean City, NJ and did not know what to expect. The owner was great, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. We met him when we arrived and he showed us everything we needed. There was six if us and we had such a great time. We were very sad when our week was over. The boardwalk and Asbury Ave were all just steps away. The beach was just as close. Our view from the front porch was great too. We could enjoy sitting out there at nite and just enjoy the sounds and sites.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners, sightseeing.

PERFECT!!! PERFECT!!! PERFECT!!! Owner is super to work with--always very helpful. This is our 3rd year staying here and we are returning in Sept. So many extras provided--even poop bags for the pup!!! The location is the best. The beach and boardwalk are right there. Very, very clean and well-maintained. The hardwood floors and tile floors are beautiful! Love the new porch furniture! I will book very early this year for next summer.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Pros: Location. Great value for being a block away from the beach/boardwalk. Interior has been updated with brand new furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. Great porch space out front. Cons: The access to the back of the units has stairs that creak very loudly. The people using the back bedroom will definitely hear people coming and going - especially late at night and early in the am. You can also hear people walking around in the unit above you.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

What a great rental property! This house is truly wonderful! The PERFECT location for a vacation in Ocean City. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk. The front porch was great. The dog area was very convenient. Thanks for the extras!! Thank you for having us for the week. Your place was perfect for our family. Although the parking is tight, we were able to park each of our cars for the week. This was great for us since I had my son who came in from Florida and my daughter from Ohio. Even with the flat tire on the way and stuck in traffic for an hour, we were happy we stayed at your place. Once again we had a great vacation in Ocean City. The place that we had been staying for years was sold and we were very hesitant to change to a new location. We were glad we did! The rental was soooo large! I could not believe when we walked in that you already had the air conditioner on and the place smelled great! The added touch of the beachtags was really helpful for all of us since we did not have to search to see where we would have to purchase them. Having the kids come home at night by themselves was another benefit. My 13 and 15 year olds loved the arcade, the boardwalk, and the movies that were so close. We definitely will rent next year!
