Why the Owner Chose Singleton Beach
For us, we were looking for much more than a vacation rental . . . we were looking for our perfect (future!) retirement home. That being said, oceanfront living on Hilton Head Island was everything we wanted in a home and more. Avid golfers and beach lovers, HHI offers us the best of everything. Fabulous restaurants, world-renowned golf, great biking, and a perfect venue for family vacations -- this was everything we ever hoped for. And, as someone once said to us, 'life doesn't get any better than living where others want to vacation' . . . and we've decided that they are absolutely right! So, for now, #1 Singleton Beach Place is our 'vacation rental' . . . but to us, it's much more than that . . . it's our future permanent home. In the meantime, we hope to share it with others who enjoy ALL the best and ONLY the best in vacation living!!

There is nothing else that quite compares to a stay directly on the ocean! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise directly outside your backdoor! In the afternoon, the dolphins dance right in front of us! The early evening brings a refreshing beverage, poolside, while the player baby grand piano accompanies us in the background. And there is truly nothing like the 'show' that Mother Nature puts on night with an incredible display of stars!! On a clear night, you can sit by the pool, listen to the ocean and literally see the Milky Way. It simply doesn't get any better than this!

We both grew up in military families where we had the good fortune to see a lot of beautiful places around the world, but for us there is absolutely nothing that compares to oceanfront living! After our first trip to Hilton Head Island, we were hooked! We knew there was no place where we'd rather wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the ocean -- directly outside of our bedroom window! So, while we proudly share our "little slice of heaven" with our renters now, we look forward to our retirement where everyday is Saturday in paradise!
