Sea Haven is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home, designed by renowned architect, Tom Christ; and is located in the heart of Seaside proper. The home is adjacent to the adult pool and covered pool, as well as the workout and tennis facilities.

The home has 2 master bedrooms each with king sized beds, marble baths with free standing tubs, separate showers, and dual vanities. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, private bath, and its own private balcony. Bedroom 4 consists of a bunk area that sleeps up to 4, teen lounge with sleeper sofa, entertainment area, and its own bath.

The first floor has a gourmet kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, and dining area. Large porches on the 1st and 2nd floors are great for taking in the quiet coastal atmosphere. The home also has a tower that offers beautiful rooftop views of the town of Seaside and views to the Gulf--perfect for sunrise or sunset. Special features include 100+ year old heart pine floors, Carrara marble throughout, Wolf gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator, flat screen TV's, and ice maker.

High speed internet service is provided free of charge. 5 TV's, all with DVD's. Enjoy close proximity to the beach, 2 pools (1 is heated) with towel service, multiple restaurants and shopping alternatives (including The Great Southern Cafe, Bud & Alley's, Modica Market and Cafe, Cafe Rendez-vous, and Perspicasity-just to name a few), tennis (including Har-Tru courts), hiking, and biking.

The Seaside workout facility offers exercise bikes, machines, treadmills, free weights, and personal trainers. Relax at the Aquarius Spa in Seaside with a great massage or facial. A Publix grocery store is located less than 1 mile away.

DEPOSITS - An advance deposit of 50% of the total rent is required at the time of booking your reservation. Payment of remaining 50% is due 3 weeks before arrival. A refundable Damage Deposit of $500 is required via separate check/money order with your final balance.

  • We loved our stay at the Sea Haven house. Everything was incredible from the beds, the furniture, the amenities. The house is conveniently located across from the pools and around the corner from the work out facility plus we walked every where we wanted to go. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation. We always rent from VRBO and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed we can not wait to go back! Jessica

  • Just back from Seaside...the house is amazing. It is decorated like a magazine cover. My family loved it. Everything is brand new. We loved walking around the town and hope to go back someday soon.
