This great newly-renovated family friendly BEACH FRONT HOUSE has breathtaking views of the ocean from almost every room.
The master suite has a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub and a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Three bedrooms have queen size beds, one with its own private balcony overlooking the ocean and one with ocean view.
One large kid-friendly bedroom with twin beds. The bright open floor plan has a large dining table that seats 10 in addition to a kitchen bar with four barstools all flowing into the spacious great room with plenty of seating where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and views.
The large screened porch has four rocking chairs and a comfy wicker seating area perfect for eating, playing games, reading, or just relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Below the house is a picnic table perfect for waxing your boards and sorting your shells! The garage is for storing all of your fun beach accessories.
The huge backyard is great for volleyball matches and kickball games. A short walk to the beach is made easy with our Carolina Beach cart and cooler. The beach is never crowded and often times has tidal pools perfect for toddlers! Please call or e-mail me if you have any questions. Spring 2009 .. Mar 01-May 30 .. $3400/week (3 nights minimum)
Summer 2009 .. May 31-Aug 29 .. $4600/week (7 night minimum)
Fall 2009..... Aug 30-Oct 31 .. $3000/week (3 nights minimum)
Winter ....... Nov 01-Feb 27 .. $2500/week (3 night minimum)
Housekeeping/clean up fee at the end of your stay is included in the weekly rate.
Accommodations Tax (12.5%)will be added to the Rental Amount
