Please let us know when you would like to travel and how many there are in your party. If there are only 2 of you and you would really like to stay in a Villa, no problem! You will not be surcharged.
The Villas will generally book 6 months in advance. For Holidays they tend to book a year in advance.
We can accommodate parties of any size. No Party is too large or to small! 2 people to Large family reunions, or multiple family's traveling together! We will work with you to find the accommodations you are looking for.

This was the best trip I have been on, the property was gorgeous, it was so private and perfect! The villa was clean and perfectly manicured. The photo's you see on the listing are exactly what you get! I have already recommended this property and trip to all my friends and relatives! We did not even have to leave the resort, everything is right there for you. We did leave to do an excursion to go horseback riding, which was well organized and alot of fun! We tried the Chinese, Italian, and Mexican restaurants which were all fabulous! The drinks and food at the beach and pool bars were also great! I really have a great time at this resort, we couldnt ask for anything more! I can not wait to go back! I wish I was still there now!

What a great trip, we had a little trouble when we arrived with the resort trying to place us in a 5 bedroom instead of the 6 bedroom we reserved, ended up with 8 bedrooms, older villa but was wonderful. The food what good, the resort lush and the people absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to our next trip. Thank Erin.
Owner response:For this very reason we always ask people when they are making there reservation how many people are in there party. The resort assigns VIllas by the number of people in a group. If you tell us you have 12 people, and want a 6 bedroom, but only show up 10, the resort may only give you a 5 bedroom, as that is the accommodations for 10 people. We are glad you ended up receiving the 8 bedroom villa and had a fantastic vacation!

Erin-Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the villas. We had a beautiful one with an extra lot and were upgraded to 5 bedrooms/6 bathrooms which was great. We saw the newer ones on the tour but liked the style of the older one we had which is pictured on the site. Loved the VIP extras like the beds on the beach, big party/show and we did at least have a 4 person golf cart. Liked the discounts at Ocean World and enjoyed zip lining (well pretty much for me!) And ESPECIALLY loved the maid cooking breakfast for us and having coffee made when I got up! Have referred some people to your website. Hope they book for you. Thanks for your patience in answering all my questions. It was a wonderful trip for my family.

Upon arrival, we received warm greetings from the Staff who then showed us to our villa. The villa was fantastic! Very private and comfortable! We did have a broken golf cart for the first day but the staff replaced that for us. We also had to request several times to have liquor brought to the villa, but after a day and a half, that was cleared up. The food was so-so but we were there to relax and enjoy drinks and the drinks were great, especially on VIP Beach. That was our favorite spot! The staff there was THE BEST! We did get picked up one day and told we were going to have a tour of the properties, only to find we were being brought to the main area of the complex where we were sat down with staff who tried to sell us a timeshare/villa. He was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. This was our first day to arrive so we didn't appreciate it. This has nothing to do with the owners of the villa that we rented from though. The Bunten's were awesome to work with and extremely helpful, even when we were at the Villa. 10 out of 10 stars to them.

You miss them both when you leave! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the broken golf cart, but we are happy they got you a new one right away. Also, as far as the sales tour goes, this is not something that is required to on by any means. Many people go on it, not know what it is b/c they simply think they will be getting a tour of the resort. You can simply say no you are not interested in a tour and you will be left alone. We are glad you had a great vacation!
