"The Hamlet At Westhaven" has a 24-hour guarded entrance gate with access limited to guests and owners, offering the communal tennis courts, gym, volleyball, large swimming pool and children's play area, a secure reassuring environment for your stay. The villa is on a prime plot with the most advantageous, uninterrupted stunning views of the surrounding area. On a clear night you can relax away the days excitement as you are treated to" Disney Celebration" fireworks!
The property comprises of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a large balcony with stunning views and 2 other very comfortable twin bedded rooms. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room and 2 communal bathrooms. All bedroom's are fitted with TVs and the main living area has TV and Play Station. The living areas consist of a modern, spacious open plan, pool side family room, a large living and dining room with dining seating for 6, a centrally located fully fitted kitchen and seated serving area, and a breakfast bay with seating for 4. The fully air conditioned property also has a utility / laundry room with an adjoining secure 2 car space garage. The property also benefits from a fully equipped games room.
The villa is perfectly situated to maximize its elevated viewing potential. Looking out over the orange groves from the balconied master bedroom, it's easy to imagine you're dreaming! ! Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$675-$895/week
We require a 10% or $75 non refundable deposit at time of booking and the full
balance is due 8 weeks prior to travel. A $200 refundable breakages deposit is
also payable with balance which will then be refunded 2 weeks after you
arrive home.
Optional pool heat $150 per week.
Cot/crib & high chair hire $35 per week each.
