This beautiful, nearly new home is third from the ocean and boasts dramatic ocean views throughout. You can feel the ocean breezes while sitting on deep front decks, or take in the panoramic view of ocean and bay from the large rooftop deck.
In the gourmet kitchen you'll find granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large dining room has plenty of room for your family and friends to sit down and enjoy your catch of the day or take out from walking distance restaurants.
With two separate living areas, your family and friends can have togetherness or breathing space. Watch the ocean or kick back and relax in the upstairs living room or downstairs family room with wet bar.
The house sleeps 10 people easily. The bedrooms include Master suite, Jr Master, and two additional bedrooms (with two twin beds each). We have an additional sleep sofa in the office. There is plenty of room to relax in comfort.

The perfect vacation home!

We rented the house for one week for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house is very comfortable for 8 and would be for 10 as well. The house is just steps, literally, from the "non public access" beach. You can see the water from all of the 4 decks. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything is top notch! There are 2 living areas with large TVs so everyone could have their own personal space. Did I mention the elevator? What a great benefit, especially for the grandparents. The wonderful owners directed us to a couple of great restaurants, Howards and Stephanos. I HIGHLY recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just rented this house and it is absolutely perfect!! The location is the best on the island - close to(within walking distance) bike rental, bait shop, groceries, post office, wine and beer, and Kubel's II restaurant. Everything in the house is first class and brand new. The owners are wonderful and very accomodating. Beach access is great! Neighbors are all very friendly many of them a year-long residents. You will love this house!
