Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida island, this private condo offers everything you will need for a relaxing tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.
Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit, across the street from the Marriott Hotel, with direct beach access to the same beach used by Marriott guests. The condo looks out over the swimming pool and tennis court and is located on the second floor. It has been totally renovated to include: an all new kitchen with Corian style counter tops and new appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, all new furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a bedroom TV with VCR and DVD. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with shower. There is also a queen size elevated inflatable sleeper and PackNPlay crib. Assigned parking and WiFi Internet are free compared to Marriott charges of $15/Day for WiFi access, and $10/Day for parking.

- Parasailing, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available on the beach. Golf, sailing and bicycle/scooter rentals are near by on the Island. There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Within 30 minutes driving distance are airboat tours, and the famous Williams Roadside Park, which offers exciting views of Florida alligators in their natural habitat. Floridians travel hundreds of miles to show this popular attraction to friends and relatives, so it's an adventure you'll not want to miss. Airports: 1/2 hour to Naples; 1 hour to Ft. Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale; and 2 hours to Miami. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel. Note: Major car rental agencies in Florida allow rentals from one Florida airport to be dropped-off at another Florida airport with no drop charge.
