The booking process could not have been easier or quicker, An email and a couple of phone calls was all it took. Bob and Tara provided a great information pack on the Condo and Marco Island. Any questions you have or any help on anything Bob and Tara were only too willing to help, A lot of travel agents and Hotels could learn from them. The condo it's nicely furnished and meets all your needs, On arrival they was a nice welcome card from Bob and Tara along with a beautiful set of cards made by local artist, bottle of wine, My favourite was the large bowl of oranges and the juicer, Cartons of oranage juice will never be the same again. The apartment complex has an excellent pool and for most of our stay it was only used by us. The beach is literally a couple of minutes walk from the condo. Within 5 -10 minutes walking distance of the condo there is an area with about 5 or 6 good bars and restaurants as well as the Marriott. In Marco Island a number of the restaurants also offer a free transportation service, great when you want to have a drink and not drive.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful touch to come in and see the beautiful note cards... Thank you! This is my first time to Marco Island. My daughter, son-in-law & grandbaby brought me down ( thanks for the PackNPlay and highchair). They love it here & so do I!! The condo was perfect. I hope to come back soon to this beautiful island.

We enjoyed our much overdue R&R. Each time we visit Marco is not long enough. We enjoyed our stay & loved your condo. We enjoyed just sitting on the beach at sunset taking in the breeze. We took a side trip to the Everglades Park & Naples/Ft Myers area. Found the locals friendly. Hope to see you again, and stay longer!

Enjoyed our second trip to Marco Island. We took the boat to Key West for a day. Two weeks went by fast, even though the weather was not the best. Thank you for the fast service you gave us the night we arrived (clogged toilet. We're here when something does go wrong, even on a weekend - owner), also the cards...

We enjoyed our stay at San Marco Residences very much. The people are very friendly and the atmosphere was great. We also enjoyed sleeping in your queen size bed. It was very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was ideal.

We had a very relaxing time in spite of the record breaking cold wave. Once it got warm, we wish we could have stayed longer. The color scheme is peaceful. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I hope we can come back next year.

Happy New Year! Thanks for the awesome note cards and the bottle of champagne to welcome the New Year here on Marco Island! Champagne was also great as we celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary Jan 1st! We had a great time - going to clinics (tennis) at the Marriott and the Racquet Club, eating at 8 different restaurants, going to Marco Movies, laying at the beach, shopping, shopping, shopping, playing tennis doubles with the locals, going to Stan's in Goodland and enjoying the band at the Marriott for New Year's Eve!! It was 80 degrees today (Dec 31st) and felt great! We're not looking forward to going home to Kansas City and 15 degrees with 8 inches of snow, so will remember this "warm" vacation for a long, long time. Condo was great!!!!

Thank you so much for all your kindness to us during our recent stay over Christmas. We stayed Dec 21-28, 2009. The condo is so cute and nicely decorated. It was so convenient to the beach and the area was very quiet and peaceful. We appreciate you going above and beyond in everything you have done for us. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! We absolutely loved it here on Marco Island. This is the best beach, especially if you have small children. Evie (our 21 mo old daughter) loved digging in the sand, shelling, and playing in the water! This was a wonderful family vacation, and we are already talking about coming back next year! We stayed in this condo between July 25 and August 1st 2009. We highly recommend it for a couple (maybe with a child). The condo is very clean and well located (3 minute walk to the beach). It is a very quiet area. The beach is great too. It wasn't very crowded at this time of the year. Bob and Tara were easy to reach and answer to all our questions. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again!

Thank you for your time. We spent a wonderful week at Marco Island. The condo is perfect and has a good location to access everything in the island. We really enjoyed the stay visiting library, Mackle Park, Shopping centers, Beaches, even the Sun N Fun Water Park. Also we spent one of the days at Tin City in Naples, only 30 minutes from Marco and was fantastic. We relaxed, enjoyed the pool with our son Kevin. He learned to swim with two arms in the pool. We will never forget the event. Thanks again for all and hope to come back soon.

What an amazing find! We attended a wedding at the Marriott and were within walking distance which was perfect. The beach access across the street was unbelievable. It was so nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs waiting for us and the PackNPlay and highchair were life-savers with a 4 month old! The P Family had a wonderful time on Marco Island. This was a great location for biking and enjoying the beach. We stayed really busy, took an air boat ride, sailed a Hobbie Cat, and biked 15 miles a day but coming back to the pool at the condo was the best! We had a wonderful week on Marco Island and in your condo. The residents and tenants of San Marco Residences are very friendly. Thank you for the lovely note cards made by Bob's mother and for the package of information with the grocery locations, tips on the H. P. Williams Roadside Park, Rod & Gun Club, etc. We enjoyed fishing with a guide in the 10,000 Islands, airboat ride, Shark Valley in the Everglades National Park, the Marco Island beach (and convenient access from the condo) and the many wonderful restaurants on Marco Island. We hope to return to Marco Island! Thanks again!
